Easy to redeem
What do you like best about the product?
It was quite easy to redeem my points across various vendors and purchase gift cards. The support team was also quite prompt in resolving an error regarding.y gift card issue. The UI is also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't really find any issues with Xoxoday.

It made the RnR process way easier than before.

Xoxoday plum,I came to know about it on recent times only.It's an easy and simplest way of redeeming our rewards through various brands.Instead of all those things as we choose to reedem our rewards at our convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
According to me there is only one drawbacks, that reedemed rewards or gift cards cannot be converted to money.

Xoxoday plum which is simplest and easiest way of getting rewards through various brands.This benefits us by making continuous involvement of employees in their work and to reach the goals of our companies.

I was happy with the customer service. I was facing issue with placing order when I reached to customer support through chatbot I got quick response and they resolved my issue.

Website refresh rate should be fast, so that user can access it without any glitches.
