Works well, but can be slightly confusing to put dashboards together.

The insight it gives us into our cloud inventory

Sometimes getting the actual inventory of a cloud environment into cloudability can be difficult especially when working with may clouds.

Inventory Management and Dashboarding for cloud cost.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used many tools to generate cost reports, but Cloudability stands apart as it gave me per-client costing hosted in the same infra. Now I know my profit margins per client instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say there is scope to improve the support ticketing system. Once you log a ticket, you can not see it again.
The ticketing tool is not attached to SSO and asks username and password, but my original account is with SSO.

It provides per-client cost tracking hosted in the same infra.

What do you like best about the product?
Apptio Cloudability is one of the best tools available that helps the Organisation to understand which individual cost service the cost is getting incarnated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sharing of reports and data among teammates could be made more streamlined and less complicated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple cloud services that are used by all the departments of the organization, so Apptio Cloudability has helped us to get all the information in one place. We were able to highlight which resource is getting overused or underused and asked the stakeholder to plan accordingly in balancing everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Apptio consolidates all of our cloud computing cost data into one system that allows us to view by sub account, service, vendor and other parameters that are useful
What do you dislike about the product?
A better UI/UX would be helpful for the reports themselves. The organization of the data is not intuitive. Also it is difficult to create filters for multiple accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to see cost growth over time in our current production environment. It also allows us to export monthly cost data that is used to accrue cloud costs.

What do you like best about the product?
Fairly intuitive layout, robust reporting options, and thorough out-of-the-box options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software latency is still a problem. Reporting could load faster.

We have numerous AWS costs and will be transitioning to Informatica soon. Cloudability helps the business track down the costs.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and dashboard are easy to view and see data. The product provides great detail into our cloud costs.

I don't like the additional usage charges and rather have a optimized solution to see what we can pay that prevent the additional costs.

I love how this will make informing our clients of their Data spend and cost so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how we have to integrate Data Dog to work with Azure customers correctly. But that is not a deal breaker. Love cloudability.

It is helping us correctly and accurately inform our cleinds of their cloud cost management and data utilization.

Great tool for helping us track costs based on tags, and environment roles across our wide customer base. We use it for our cost management and profitability and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could do with some bringing together - but generally it flows and is intuitive. It'd be great if configuration scripts could better configure cost-exports (ie configure cost reporting within AWS for example) by script.

Cloudability, One of the best Cloud Cost Governance Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about CLDY is to get the Anomaly spend detection which is a great feature to get aware about the excessive spend/day by setting a limit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would have been great to add a feature to link EBS & Snapshots with EC2 when cost of EC2 instance gets generated
