Stable and Dependable Cloud Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
We are using it to get the cost reporting and the critical success factor is dependability and adaptability. This is of great use for us to measure and work on the cost reduction.

The Kubernates cost is one of the critical requirement where we are still facing issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We depend on this to get the consolidated view of all our cost and how to optimise our requirements.

Great usage and customization for those familiar with the source data.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of customization that can meet the needs of many users. For those not familiar with the source data it might be confusing but having an admin who understands the data this provides an amazing amount of customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization can be a double edged sword where you end up with so much customized reports people aren't sure of where to go. I think having a standard set of reports set up as a best practice and use the one off's for specific use cases not covered by the standard reports and if used enough they convert to a standard report. If this process is not setup there will be confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining visibility into costs incurred on our behalf as well as user reports to see what users are using which services that we can target. Overall cost management as well as prioritization for cross sells.

What do you like best about the product?
Cost visibility, reports, and their recommendations engine. The ecosystem supporting FinOPS, that it is a modular component that just focuses on one aspect of cloud management
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, it is easy enough to use. Some of the drill-down options or getting to information are not straightforward and need to be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost visibility for cloud consumption and anamoly detection.

Lack of proper documentation, lack of calculations in the reports, erratic recommendations at times.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloudabilty is the best feature in that I can share different budgets with people and that visualization can be very details and informative. I can analyse multiple cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) projects in a single dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cloud ability has a lot of configurations and learning them is not easy and that much documents/resources are not available. So maybe they can provide some basic tutorials for learning Cloudability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Cloudability for analyzing the cloud resources cost optimization and budgeting purposes. We like the recommendation feature most that helps us in optimizing the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful that I can create different cost analyses and share that analysis with the team. Cloudability provides a very flexible analysis of the cost you can get the cost based on the Tags, projects, resources etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloudability provides a lot of metrics and data, which is confusing initially but it all makes sense when you understand the complete things. So, the learning curve is high but it is worth understanding the tool completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloudability we are using for cost analysis and optimizing the cost bases on its recommendation for optimizing. We share cloud ability visuals with the administration to quickly go through and it is useful in that way.

A must have tool for cloud cost analysis and it helps in sharing the costs with the Management.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Cloudability for Cost recommendations, Anomoly Detection and Root Cost Analysis mainly, however it is very useful for many other cost forcasting and cost saving uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a learning curve due to how powerful it is, but the company has very good training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Cost Anomoly Detection and Root Cost Analysis help us stop high bills from getting away from us as well as suggest ways to save money.
A support tool with great functions
What do you like best about the product?
It's the new console era. It's super fast. A great portal that you'll want to have your hands on all the time! It made it possible for our organization to scale further in terms of optimal care offered to our very own customer base. A significant increase can be seen on the sat score since we started implementing this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The FAQ articles seem to be old. Has a lot of bugs in the system. It can be challenging to make customizations and getting them off the ground swiftly. Service contract is weak when it comes to support contract management. Mass e-mail marketing campaign is absent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great, indeed. Routing issues happens fast and accurate, due to the escalation rules and the automated assignment. Another thing you don’t find in similar software is an integrated database, allowing you to share knowledge and information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool but one of the more expensive options and has a bit of a learning curve to fully utilize its potential.
