What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to configure and implement. Also easy to integrate this with other soc tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating use cases need some complex queries to configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped to integrate the incidents in soc tool and improved the alert monitoring.
Solid products overall; troubleshooting times can be improved in case of problems.
What do you like best about the product?
The product(s) are easy to deploy and operate, and was able to be set up via cloud.
In general, the cyber-security suite performs well against continuous threats to our organization and offers us a centralized overview of this data in a highly efficient manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
Support is not always able to resolve critical issues on time. For example, a resolution has not yet been found to detect niche viruses. There was also an occasion last month where a back-up firewall failed to operate as intended, and we had to bring in external specialists to find a way through the problem. Sophos support had failed us on that occasion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The products - Sophos Antivirus & MTR have been fairly straightforward to install, deploy and operate. The cybersecurity infrastructure pretty much runs itself and provides real-time, dynamic updates on all connected devices across our network. We have been able to stay protected over the long term, despite a few issues related to niche virus detection and backup firewall device(s) during the last few months. The teams are very responsive to our requirements and troubles and go out of their way to ensure our issues are well looked into.

What do you like best about the product?
Strong threat detection and response. Easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
They should provide technology training to customer and improve customer support response time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Threat feed and use cases are good. It save time
This is very good excellent service for threat hunting, detection and incident response.
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is very easy to manage. And the best quality is threat detection in fast time. This treat hunting feature is very powerful and strong. The team is very fast to provide incident responders with solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is very costly. The price is very expensive. And please provide a Live Response command line interface in Intercept X Advanced Package. And provide call support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos Managed Threat Response is solving threat hunting and threat detection. And they provide Cryptoguard ransomware file protection. It is a very beneficial feature.
Effective management capabilities and Seamless integration, high overall security protection
What do you like best about the product?
Quick response from the MTR team and effective follow-up on the backend. seamlessly to shut down the threats. Sophos give full control of the workstations remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there is no experience disliking the product.

Powershell attack. MTR team has been authorized to perform the threat removal option. They are very effective and quick.

The support team is great and account management is also very good. Deployment is straightforward

Reporting could be a little more in-depth although I expect this to be addressed over the coming months.

Sophos MTR provides a comprehensive overview of the threats facing our customers. The benefit to us is that we can offer our customers great protection at an attractive price point.
Peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
Peace of mind knowing that your environment is being watched, 24/7 - 365 by a dedicated security team. Very help to enhance the capabilities of your in-house IT Department.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I don't consider it a downside, I understand that price is a potential deterrent. Overall it's a great service and I'm very happy with everything the Sophos MTR team offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos Managed Threat response helps us further strengthen our environment. With security, more layers of defense is often better and this is a great addition to help us secure what matters most.
Great EDR with few minor drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
The SOC team is very helpful. They respond to incidents and send out alerts quickly. I feel well protected. With the recent addition of detection rules release notes, I think it is getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports and insights is something they can work on. The weekly reports were pretty generic when we signed up for the service a year ago but are getting better now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving behavior and threat monitoring on all of our Windows endpoints, be it workstations or servers. With the ability to respond and react on our behalf, I can sleep easier knowing that even at 4am security analysts are watching our environment.
