What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to follow up with leads that would have otherwise slipped through the cracks. Previously, I would be able to touch one prospect 2 or even 3 times with my best efforts but a lot of those leads would otherwise only be reached once and then we would hope they would come back to us at some point. We had over 60 leads each day so from a surviving point of view we were doing fine. However, what about the potential we could have from leads that were only followed up with once. Outreach enabled us to touch each lead 7 times through phone calls and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features within Outreach that I have never touched or even looked at. My core tasks have me in 2 tabs or even 3 at most. So sometimes, if there is something out of the norm that I need I'd have to ask my colleagues where to find it. I guess its not as intuitive but in the same breath, i'd rather have the additional features than not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to sufficiently follow up with our leads and thus grow our bottom line.

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Outreach for my tasks/cadences. Previously, I worked off of an excel document and my prospects/activity was getting all over the place. With Outreach, I can simply put my prospect in my cadence and have a daily to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Outreach connected better with my gmail. Right now, there is a delay in notifications that pop up on my desktop when someone opens/replies to my email. Also, it is connected to my salesforce and sometimes I cold email people who are not in there yet, so it is hard to see when someone not in Salesforce opens up my email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major benefits that I have realized is that it has kept me extremely organized. As an SDR, I am doing cold outreach all day and simply don't have time to create a 'to-do' list, outreach has it all there for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences made organizing outreach very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
We had so many things go wrong that it completely disrupted my teams output. It was a mess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't see benefits, it just caused problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to monitor prospects so closely at all stages in my sales process. I know who's looking at my emails, when they're looking at them. I know who to focus on. Makes everything so efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes outreach can be kind of glitchy and I have to put prospects in a sequence multiple times before it works. Also it would be great to be able to tag an entire list of people all at once rather than doing it individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely helps give me a list of companies and people to focus on rather than having to call a list of 100 people I can start with the 15 people that opened my emails a few times.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. has made my job 100x easier without having to manually send emails. I get in every day at 9am and all of my emails have been sent. Its great

I wish I had something bad to say but that is not the case

What do you like best about the product?
I like the bulk email feature, and the reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of options, that I'm sure I would find useful, but I've discovered the simplest of the tool that seems to serve what I need. It's a robust tool that deserves time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to solve time deficiency issues, and maximize my daily activities . The major benefit is the ability to simplify my communication workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for tracking opens on emails as well as keeping yourself organized across managing several clients!

Also well done on the analytics on the home page!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the view ability of the notes for prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a problem of the best practices to social sell to prospects in our respective verticals. The benefits I have realized land within the email open rates and the ability to understand how far my messaging is going.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with other tools. Ease of use. It makes tracking communication with customers easier and more efficient. Especially when handing off from one team to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It does exactly what it says it will do. It is reliable and consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organizational aspect of Outreach. It makes my daily workflow much easier to do with multiple templates I can make.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it integrates with salesforce poorly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making multiple emails easier to send out and tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great platform if you haven't already implemented a CRM. It's hard to switch platforms if you are so use to a pre-existing system.
