A great way to efficiently and effectively nurture prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach's sequencing gives my inside sales team the edge by helping us tie our email campaigns with call behind tasks. Scheduling 8 to 10 emails and combining a follow up call at specific stages has tremendously increased our contact rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue we've had is integration with various email hosting formats. It can get complex at times when a client has email security levels which don't "play nice" with Outreach, or when a client uses a legacy email hosting platform, but we've solved them all with Outreach support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business problem was in supporting a high volume B2B call center which leverages email content from many clients' campaigns along side the necessary phone calls. Timing these elements was difficult when relying on a manual system and an automation component was necessary.

Not Very Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like that You can easily manage your tasks from the 360 view, scrolling through one at a time. I also like how easy it is to log the lead/activity into Salesforce - that feels very seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very intuitive - a lot of clicks to set up the sequences. I'm a pretty technological guy but it took me asking a colleague who has used it for a long time how to set things up several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management can be a sales reps biggest challenge, given that we can have hundreds of tasks a day depending on how many prospects you are trying to reach. Outreach makes this easy and effortless IF you have your sequences set correctly. Once outreach is set it's a dream to work with - you get email notification in the morning, letting you know that its cold call stage and you have X amount of calls to make.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would also look at SalesLoft - much easier to use and overall a better UX.

What do you like best about the product?
When you are calling and emailing so many people a day, this tool helps organize and keep me sane! I appreciate how it tells me what to do, and when to do it. I really like the daily reminder of the number of tasks I have due. The email sync is a really nice feature, and I love that it automatically changes the sequence when people have replied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I forget to take customers out of sequence when they answer a call - I know it might be complex, but it would be nice if it read if someone picked up the phone so it could take them out of sequence.

Initial thoughts on Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach provides a central place to view tasks and keep track of email activity. It has much more advanced sequencing capabilities than Yesware (which I was previously using).
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain things are clunky, like actually creating a task for someone you're currently emailing. It also seems to slow down my Gmail. Perhaps I'm still learning many of the capabilities, but I also wish it highlighted the most used sequences and templates to make it easier to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm streamlining communicating with prospects at a large scale. I've been able to use many of the sequences that our SDRs have already created, which helps make messaging easier.

Automated 1:1 touches to prospects including dynamic variables to make outreach seem much more personal
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while I come across a bug, but overall it is a great tool

Time. There is no way that we could touch as many prospects as we do without Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is fairly easy to use. Does not require a lot of training (luckily because our rep who did training was very difficult to work with). The integration with salesforce makes adding contacts to salesforce fairly simple
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is ok... fairly flawed with errors in sequences and deleted content. The reporting capabilities are useless - not giving any valuable analytics beyond open rates and response rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Click to dial and sequences. Saves a lot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation is sometimes not the best. For example, completing a task and auto moving to the next task even though many times I want to stay on that prospect. Also, for manual emails within sequences I would like them to pop up right away after completing first task. For example complete call within sequence which then takes it to manual email step. Rather than taking me right to the email it takes me to the next task and I might not get to the manual email till an hour or two later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly just speed. Allowing me to reach more prospects throughout the day
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend if you have consistent leads in which you reach out to with similar content/messages. The only other sales platform I have tried is salesloft. Outreach offers much more flexibility in terms of customizing your outreach while also being able to quickly get through tasks.

Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can reach out to thousands of prospects at once and it all gets synced to salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you group people. I wish it was easier to put people into groups and target those groups accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of reaching out to cold prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation of emails, over specified times and editable texts at the plugin.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am filling this out for the 40 character minimum but I don't have any complaints just yet.

Prospecting at a large scale was extremely tedious, now I am hitting a prospect for weeks multiple times and getting the amount of meetings multiplied.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely switch, it has made life as a sales person infinitely simplified, so I can focus on closing business.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to see where each prospect is in my sequence - as well as seeing how many times they have looked at an email. Allows you to get a quick overview of who to contact first.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike about Outreach. Watch how many emails you send at one time so you dont get blocked from gmail

Solving the problem of talking to a mass amount of people at once - being able to A/B test emails
