Great tool for organising cadenced outreach to prospects
What do you like best about the product?
It reminds you when you should reach out to prospects and with which channel to reach out through (phone, email, LinkedIn, or SMS). Very easy to learn for beginners and quick to implement into your sales process for both small and large organisations. Will be a key piller for both BDR's and AE's to use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be more innovative and release features faster. Integration with necessary tools to use in combination with Outreach can sometimes be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is making it easy to keep track of when to reach out to different prospects and how to reach out to them (call, email, SMS, linkedin). This is benefitting me and my team by reminding us by increasing our conversion to new meetings with prospects and ultimately new deals won.

Works as it should
What do you like best about the product?
Always easy to use - setting up filters, calling, integrations are always smooth for my use case as an AE who also does his own prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find list building to be a little time consuming, particularly when bringing contacts over from Cognism,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy platform to make lists and call them - not much to say beyond that!

I like that I can perform actions in bulk while still customizing the messaging with custom variables

It is sometimes hard to navigate and do bulk actions like uploading prospects

Outreach is helping me track engagement on my emails as well as do my job at scale with great templates
Using Outreach for bulk emails and calls, great product and seemless

Sequences: Sequences used for outbounding can be tailored perfectly and as per your choice

Searching for prospects on LinkedIn through Outreach

Email Tracking: Helps to understand the intent of the customer/prospect

Helps me keep many contacts and accounts in sequence so I'm continuing to engage with them.

Can't update sequences when I have accounts already in that sequnce.

Ok tool but very old-fashioned
What do you like best about the product?
most account execs have used Outreach before, it's a prospecting tool with sequencing capabiliites plus various other sales engagement capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
compared to newer tools I've tried it has a very old-school UX (very clunky and overloaded interface, hard to find stuff, somtimes feels slow) and what I dislike most is that they offer very bad customer service

Outreach is a sequencing tool for sales people, we use it prospecting and acquiring new customers via multi channel sequences
All encompassing outreach platform that is necessary for any/all hard working sales person!

I love how seameleslly the platofrm integrates with our CRM as well as lead gen tools such as Prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it offered more varieties in outreach techniques. Perhaps a personalized video for the prospect. That would be inredible to have that on here opposed to having to pull in another company.

Outreach has significantly assisted my efforts in building our sales pipeline and manage the thousands of people I reach out to on a weekly basis.

is structured well, there are great options for targeting prospects, repprting system is quite nice.

Sometimes you cannot customize all reports

Usual things such as challenges with Voice service, outbound campaigns etc.

Very easy to use and their customer support is amazing!

The software takes a little getting used to, not intuitive out of the box.

They are making it easy to manage my outbound activity to prospects.
Makes prospecting a breeze!

Sequences are super helpful to make sure you are staying in consistent contact with your prospects when trying to get a hold of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be something that is specific to my company's permissions - but I wish that I had more freedom in editing and creating sequences on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Outreach solves for me is knowing whether or not someone has received my emails. I love the email tracking feature to see when might be a good time to reach out to a new prospect because they could be reading my email or thinking about me!
