Great Experience with AppLearn and the Adopt Team
What do you like best about the product?
The help on-demand with AppLearn was a game-changer when implementing our new LMS system. The Adopt team was a great partner and a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the generation of content and keeping content relevant is the most challenging. It is an on-going effort and does not stop once your system is live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the need for reaching out to a support person, along with minimizing frustration on where to find assistance or guidance when using or LMS system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are implementing a new system and standing p AppLearn as part of your user community support, consider it a mini-project within your implementation project. Do not underestimate the time for planning.

What do you like best about the product?
I find AppLearn is a collaborative program that allows for users to create valuable training. This helps sales answer questions on their own and move onto other work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform would allow for additional file types to be uploaded. For example, Excel is not a currently accepted file type. Sometimes these files are interactive so it would be useful to have more options!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AppLearn has allowed us to train our employees in a quicker, more concise fashion. We no longer get stuck in large email chains with multiple contributors because the answers are directly in front of the users who need them. In a Sales position, this is extremely helpful as it allows Sales to continue on their work day without waiting for a response. This allows more time in the field for actual selling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
AppLearn is a great tool to assist in your daily work tasks. It keeps work flowing and does not bog us down with unnecessary questions. Specifically, in a sales environment, it allows for account managers to be out in the field working with customers more often, rather than waiting for replies to their questions. The answers are right in front of them. The tool is super user-friendly, and from an admin standpoint, it is quick and easy to upload new content.

What do you like best about the product?
The low footprint of the Nexthink agent. It does not take up a lot of resources on the computers. Reporting is also excellent for troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you need a dedicated team to manage the systems and a lot of remote actions need some modifications before running them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with windows Onedrive, systems with disk space issues and connection issues with applications.

The team is excellent and accommodating. Applearn keeps adding useful functionalities regularly.

useful for training material! once you've been shown how to create your own it is really simple.

I like most useful is the possibilities offered by the trails as well as the smartpages, and especially the latest feature of the linked tooltips

As I said before the main problem solved by applearn is to guide users through processes in a very easy way

Nexthink is helping in proactively monitoring the device and application performance issues.
What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink gives data in a fraction of seconds. Easy to configure the dashboards compared to other monitoring tools.

Alerts and Manually configured Categories need to enable in each engine. There is a possibility to forget to allow the alerts if there are many engines in the environment.
Nexthink gives only 9999 executions data. For all executions, you need to go for the NXQL query. The team can improve this.

Nexthink is a proactive monitoring tool. It enables the Service Desk and other technical teams to improve the end-user experience.
The best Automation tool for this generation
What do you like best about the product?
Automation and Campigns are the best part in nexthink which is easy to use and understand. We have ServiceNow integrated with nexthink. I have not used other tools but this one does the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in Nexthink such as Services and Metrics and Dashboard customization. Make it more innovative and removing limitation is required for making it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disk space issues, restart issues, slowness of computers. yes as this saves lot of productive hours of customers. yes we are more productive. yes the dex score seems to have increased.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is quite user-friendly, especially when it comes to the Dashboards, which has numerous graphs which make the experience satisfactory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding the whole product can be challenging for a new user as the details are vast.

Used it for development purposes, it helped us to retrieve data easily with the help of editors and filters.
