Great tool for performance monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
The accurate health of end-users machines provided by the application and easy to understand metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
Trending data such as CPU, IO, Memory is not much detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are monitoring the end-users machine compliance check and inventory-related issues.

I like to recommend Nexthink to colleagues because it very usefull.
What do you like best about the product?
The real-time data of the device and user to monitor the health of the device and network.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not displaying or providing the trending data for CPU, Memory, Disk IO, Network.

It helps to resolve the end user's system health issues.
Working with AppLearn to launch a new CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Working with AppLearn to configure and launch Adopt on our new D365 CRM was a delight. We have professional and fully supported interfaces with all members of our joint team working to deliver Adopt within tight timelines to launch our new CRM. From the PM, to the Technical Team and Content Creators - everyone was mindful of our timelines, worked over and above to meet them while producing high-quality products. The product itself was ideal for our needs and represented excellent value for money against that of the competitors. We will look to use it for further new system launches within our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside was the over-complicated nature of producing the QRGs. This is not the fault of the team delivering them and their skills in making the products - as we progressed with building and understanding our system it became easier for us to make them ourselves as opposed to quite a long review process involving commenting on pdfs when we'd have been quicker directly editing the first drafts, in PowerPoint ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving the need for training on our new system; the benefits were in having a system which could be used whilst using the system and having high-quality content such as the videos and QRGs along with the tooltips which can all easily be customised and edited as required.

- Having a visual aid in the places where end-users struggle provides better user engagement and reduced time troubleshooting
- Having the ability to configure your own in-process support and guidance for end-users
- Being able to duplicate configuration to enable quicker build time for language translations
- Support teams are always on hand when needed and are always very quick and responsive

What do you dislike about the product?
- There are some limitations to where Smart Pages can be configured. You can't really use them on inbox tasks
- You aren't able to transfer the test build into production; they have to be configured again in the production environment, therefore duplicating effort

What do you like best about the product?
Applearn provide excellent support, and ADOPT itself is a really user-friendly product
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any particular downsides - sometimes ADOPT hasn't immediately worked with the software we are using it on as Applearn hadn't worked with it before, but each time this has happened the support team have worked really fast to resolve any issues we have had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using ADOPT to develop end-user training of a new software remotely. The at point of need training has allowed us to negotiate training of end-users despite the coronavirus pnademic. Furthermore, the analytics module has allowed us to understand better the end user's needs and to act proactively.
Excellent tool to perform deep analytics of your computing environment and performing remote actions
What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink is my favorite tool to jump to in case somebody is reporting any kind of problem / issue for one user or for multiple users, a tool which can provide you instant report and analytics that if the same issue is occurring for one user or more users are affected. I can instantly create an investigation to give myself a relief that it's not a multi-user issue. Then I can send some remote action to resolve the issue and user donot have to give me any time to login to his machine remotely or physically.

What do you dislike about the product?
on some occassions, Nexthink is not able to help like we recenlty faced an intermittent issue with teams which was having some issue in traffic flowing via firewall but that is little hard to check and printing nightmare issues which recently everyone is observing. I hope nexthink can do some tricks on this someday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I already explained inthe above columns that I am able to do remote actions without going to user and without taking any time from user, even I can perform analysis that if this is a multi user issue or not.
these sort of things are very helpful in corporates and saves much time. I can be proactive with users when that issues is affecting more users. I will be prepared.
Another benefits is topology view which can assist in viewing the traffic using the different ports and routes to traverse from one point to another which helps drill down issues at application connectivity side

What do you like best about the product?
- Centralizing documents within the same software that is accessible directly from WD is a very good idea. This facilitates access to documentation and avoids leaving the tool to get information in a different software

- In content cloud, it could be helpful if the slip screen on the left side (half at the top, half at the bottom) could be adjustable
- In content cloud, it could be helpful if we could be warned for documents (pdf , video) published but in 0 playlist
- It seems that the Adopt platform is not very stable. For Trails for example, the blue frame around the text areas is not always there. Or maybe it's a regression related to WD 2021R2 release?

What do you like best about the product?
Really helped during a time when we were 100% remote and training wasn't easy. We now have the full workforce up to speed with our ERP

Nothing to mention. The support is great

When we onboarded newbies remotely it really helped them get up to speed with Salesforce and allowed managers to monitor KPIs closely

AI features are pretty powerful. Also, like the analytics. But mainly I can see that the journeys is for each user different which is really interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Set up took us like 2 weeks, but I gues it is normal.

After the initial set up, we are really saving a lot of time with new hires.
