What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not yet using the v2 action in production, but we noticed an increase in the speed of building the conversational/transactional flows we are migrating (from the old v1 dialog version to the new v2 action).
The ability to reuse actions using the subactions function allowed us to streamline many complex flows significantly.
The new user input validation feature removed much of the complexity we had in replicating this behavior in the dialog version.
