What do you like best about the product?
IBM brings you an innovative tool which aims to create virtual agents to ineract with your customer base and be a pleasant and almost human conversation through IBM Watson, you can give ideas, and the application can quickly write and maintain it, this in order to give the feeling to your customers who interact with yourself, amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM thought in all the details of this application, you can integrate it to all IBM applications, you can register for free to perform short tests, and realize the wonders it offers for customer interaction, and the time you can save, in my opinion nothing negative
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, that is an excellent tool and serves as a great help to orgnize you as a company and even the possibility of having interaction with your customers, instantly fast and reliable with your customers, to save money on human talent and save responsiveness seems good to me, today I find myself using the free registration

Perform the free trial and convince yourself that it is a quick solution to your sales process and organize your activities with IBM Watson

Good platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing it has is the variety of services available along with the documentation. It also allows integration with Google services in a fairly simple way once everything is properly configured.
The different workspaces allow for multiple projects at the same time, although billing will be done on the account.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is a bit confusing to properly set up communication between one service and another if you go beyond the basics, and then the prices, in my opinion, are a bit high. The documentation can sometimes be a bit confusing, and you have to be aware of the versions you are using and make sure you are reading the documentation for that version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it for live call transcription, thanks to a SIP client. The benefits have been that, once everything is set up (which can sometimes be a bit costly), everything works wonderfully. Additionally, it allows integration with some Google services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The good thing about Watson is that needs like Speech to Text can be met by Google, which has a more developed model for Spanish.
Easy to use but falling behind in competition
What do you like best about the product?
Watson Conversation Service is easy to use and provides an accurate response for simple questions given that 5 to 10 samples have been configured for the questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM took a lot of time to identify the right SMEs who can guide us in creating the right training model. Also, there were lot of discussions about leveraging other Watson services such as Discovery, etc, which weren't productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its still in test phase.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Competition seems to be getting ahead of IBM in Cognitive capabilities. So evaluate the product not just for present use cases, but also from future proofing perspective.

expensive to buy. I wish they has a "lite" version

remedies some of the detail attention. IBM does that for me.

definitely give it a try. Watson based products have been shown to be high quality.

What do you like best about the product?
It acts just like Watson Conversation but adds extra assistants for automotive and hospitality.

Still just testing and so far no negatives stick out.

Legal applications. We are testing what benefits it can deliver on a daily basis with certain programs.
