What do you like best about the product?
Gosto de como é intuitivo e simples de se criar os dialogos e as intenções, facilitando com mudanças. Além disso, apesar de ser simples de se criar, possui várias formas de se utilizar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creio que faltou um cuidado maior com a qualidade de vida na utilização do assistant. Muitas coisas que poderiam ser feitas com dois cliques acabam tendo que ter vários passos.

Discovery and use of watsonx Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The watsonx Assistant is a versatile tool that combines the benefits of the former watson Assistant with the power of the latest integration and artificial intelligence. It is easy to implement and use, as the web-based creation platform is educational and the documentation for API connection and integrations is quite clear. It has a dedicated and experienced support team that also provides an extensive catalog of applicability for virtual assistants. Here, we work with the watson assistant every day, progressing in the curation of the tool and its increasingly efficient implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not identified any negative points in the watsonx assistant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation and monitoring of virtual assistants, from the simplest to the most complex, with integrations, APIs, and generative AI. Virtual assistants are dominating the market currently, and having a tool with the capabilities of watsonX Assistant greatly contributes to problem-solving, answering questions, and providing clear and consistent guidance.

O Watsonx Assistant está trazendo celeridade e assertividade na resposta ao usuário (conectamos ao discovery e o watsonx lê o documento e traz o entendimento sobre o documento e formula a resposta ao usuário).
Relatively easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to the DialogFlow tool, WatsonX's visual editor makes it easier to create a wizard. Integration with Api's is also a positive point.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I am still a beginner user in the testing phases of the tool, I found it a bit difficult to find support materials on the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can help resolve issues in a call center by automating and facilitating customer service processes.

Data collection, structuring, automation of business model analysis and information flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response speed of ibm watsonx support is not satisfactory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are implementing AI solutions in our company to improve the speed and flow of service. This solution is still in the testing phase.

The fact that you can integrate it without needing great skills, helping with all types of processes and businesses, in addition to the number of tools for data preparation

The need to have extensive knowledge in data modeling and statistics, limiting use to more lay users.

It helps me expand and accelerate the impact of AI, with data on all sectors of my company. It also helps me with querying, formatting and sharing data, in terms of governance.

I'm developing a chatbot for my company, the best functionality is the implementation of multilingual chat.

In some specific functions I can mention the difficulty of finding documentation and training to resolve the problem.

Optimize service to the company's customers, I am developing the chatbot using watsonx so that customers can receive faster service without having to contact them via telephone as there is a long waiting list.

What do you like best about the product?
As it is an Adaptable Chatbot, it helps me to provide the more personalized and interactive with the users. That helps me to solve the neccessary queries of the users.

Complex and hard to understand for begginers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the IBM watsonx Assistance has ability to leverage NLP and MLto understand and respind to the user queries, this leads to solve the neccessary queries and avoids the unneccessary ones. And alternatively this makes the more interactive chatbot.
