A comprehensive and easy to setup platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto takes care of all requirements needed for SOC2 and ISO 27001 requirements. Someone with no knowledge of Infosec procedures also can use this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything specific not to dislike about Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a startup and we don't have the expertise or resources for information security. Sprinto solves both these issues by giving a platform that helps us achieve our information security initiatives.

We have a lot of query and doubts, but they don't hesitate to answer for us.

From my perspective, there is no disadvantage to sprinto. Really help for us to help any certain problem.

Most of our clients send a certain checklist and documents to submit, Sprinto provided us a lot of solutions and ideas.

SPRINTO enabled us to achieve our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance and certifications very fast.
What do you like best about the product?
The structure and the step-by-step process through which every aspect of compliance was covered by SPRINTO. The other important aspect was the guidance and support they provided which is very important for an organization which is going for these critical compliances for the very first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. It was a very good experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SPRINTO has helped us become compliant with the industry's critical compliance requirements i.e SOC2 and ISO, this is helping us give confidence and assurance to our clients that we are taking data privacy very seriously.

The combination of a solid tool and a great support team has made the overall process smooth and easy so far.

Nothing is perfect. Still a room for improvement in dashboard design and UX.

Best Product-Support for ISO 27001 Certification
What do you like best about the product?
Support from the CSM team was excellent we were able to achieve the Goal of ISO 27001 certification in a surprisingly fast timeline.
They also have an amazing set of audit partners working with them was also ease.

As of now, it's an amazing experience working with the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a company with employees based out of multiple regions and time zones, the entire roadmap that Sprint laid out helped us complete all the people-related activities with ease.
Our infra was a mixture of multiple cloud service providers and version control systems which was very well tracked and monitored by sprinto.

Best Compliance solution for any growing company!
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to achieve SOC2 Type 1 and Type2 using Sprinto . The onboarding program and periodic sync-ups with the dedicated customer success manager helps us stay on track for all the action items and were instrumental in getting through the audit. Cannot imagine a better solution to having a one-stop view of our information security posture in real-time and evidence tracking for the audit as we scale further. One thing I want to highlight is that I spent just half an hour per day for initial 2 weeks. Rest of the work is handled by Sprinto including external audit firm's interaction and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to say. The integrations they provide on the platform make navigating through compliances a breeze! Their support team helped us through any compliance or product-related queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps us achieve our information security goals. We were able to go after certifications and compliances without having to figure out the process ourselves. They help assess our risks, mitigate them and maintain them in the long run very easily. It helps us assure our customers about the security practices we follow.
Sprinto got us compliant in weeks for what took us more than 6 months the manual consultant's way
What do you like best about the product?
As an operations manager, getting people to complete all the requirements for compliance is nothing short of a herculean task, enter sprinto, this mammoth of a task that took me months to complete & document manually got finished in a matter of weeks, All the heavy lifting was done by Sprinto’s product while I just had to nudge my team. It truly helped remove all the pain from us getting compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the pace at which the product is evolving, It sometimes gets difficult to navigate. But I really appreciate the new UX a lot more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although Security & Compliance was the key problem Sprinto was solving for us. For me personally, it solved the problem of delegating tasks to all the employees within the organization & sending them timely reminders for helping us stay compliant. This made the entire process way more seamless & got us to hit the milestone far more easily.
Easy & Simple Security
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is useful for companies that need to work under compliance regulations and rules. It makes it super easy to manage systems and the workforce. Moreover, it's creates a hassle-free experience for employees to scan and report system data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes you install a desktop app. That's friction that many people found difficult to cross without multiple follow-ups.

Sprinto has helped our organization comply with a lot of security and data privacy regulations which have helped us build trust with a lot of customers and enter new markets.

Automation of evidence collection by the tool for ISO 27701 has made our life easy.
