Making it easier to do SoC2 complaince. It helps to save my time.
Perfect for getting your SOC2 & ISO27001 for the first time
What do you like best about the product?
After spending a lot of time with various companies, we found Sprinto. After speaking to Sprinto we felt for the first time that it is possible to get SOC2 certification. It seemed an impossible task before Sprinto team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike about them. They did everything they could to guide us and get us to a level where we were able to get our certification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us to streamline our security and preparing us for SOC2 Type 2 certification. It will help immensely to solidify our position as an API service provider to financial industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Support from their staff to get us ISO 270001 Compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything was smooth and perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping companies become ISO27001 and SOC-2 Compliant very easily.

Review for SOC2 certification by Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto promised us to complete the certification and evaluation process in three and a half months and it happened in that exact time. Its services helped us thoroughly and we are content with the engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only flipside is that Sprinto's integration is currently limited to only a few vendors like AWS and Microsoft. It would be better if its services is extended to other vendors like Linode, Digital Ocean, Vultr, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is majorly useful for detecting and even fulfilling compliance requirements. The simple to use dashboard is easy to understand and has made monitoring a cinch.
Amazing service and very supportive team
What do you like best about the product?
Teams' proactiveness, patience and 200% support in all the challenges faced are mesmerizing. The application is very good and robust. It saves a lot of workload and makes your life simple and easy. It is designed for handling complex thing in a much simpler way. All the responsibility of the security and privacy is taken care by the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is bit costly even if we are taking multiple certifications from Sprinto. Rest everything is of good quality.

We have been able to get 2 major certifications with minimum efforts.

It is most recommended for the companies who are looking for faster compliance with a real time check on the status of compliances.
Technically sound, easy to setup
What do you like best about the product?
In the first meeting, we were able to complete the setup. From their dashboard, we were able to identify issues where we were lagging. Completed SOC2 process like a breeze with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about them as such.

A smooth journey right from the onboarding process
What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is amazing since it automates almost everything we want to do. That saves the trouble of centralizing and organizing multiple data at one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience so far has been good. The team was supportive and responded to all queries on time as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Didn't have to spend hours of manual laborious work. That led to the implementation of best practices promptly.
Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto have had excellent service from start to finish. Our customer service / support person Devika has made the entire process seamless. She is quick, efficient and make things very simple
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about Sprinto or Devika - so far, the service has done everything that's on the box, and much more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us achieve our SOC compliance and ongoing monitoring of this. and will later help us with GDPR complaince.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprinto takes all the pain out of setting up compliance for SOC and then achieving the compliance tick of approval. They are worth every penny
SOC II Type I Audit
What do you like best about the product?
The step-by-step approach and timeline made it very easy to ensure we were on track. Devika's consistency and guidance was very helpful, and made the process virtually painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the dashboard weren't intuitive and meant we had to reach out or wait for a sync with the Sprinto team before we could progress. Specifically, some of the custom evidence weren't clearly described, which made it hard to interpret what exactly we needed to produce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC II Type I and II audits - we've successfully prepared for and completed the Type I audit and are currently in the process for Type II. The extra credibility it provides our technology is incredibly valuable

Ensure you ask questions and take notes, and the process will be entirely painless
showing 1,261 - 1,270
