Clear and Methodical approach for SOC certification

The tool is so simple to use and pulls much of the data needed with its integrations.

Sprinto can introduce policy plans and their execution report update on its platform with reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SoC 2 certification. Easy, simple, fast with all information in one place.

Excellent and Trustworthy
What do you like best about the product?
Having Sprinto as part of our team was like having a full-fledged compliance and enforcement organization attached to our Organization. Our organization could develop and deploy a variety of services with confidence that we are fully compliant with all the legal regulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto's self-service portal needs more work on the user experience side. While they have been diligent in accepting user feature requests and catering to them as quickly as they can, this is definitely an area some improvements are required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us deploy various marketing intelligence solutions while being fully compliant with legal regulations. Having Sprinto part of our team has also helped us streamline our organizations' development and deployment and increased velocity of deliverables

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto helped us achieve SOC2 compliance in a quick, hussle-free approach.
* They had readily available integrations for our existing systems like Gsuite, Github, AWS.
* Sprinto's dashboard gave us an overview all of the compliance. It track all the data points required for compliance.
* We also had a good guidance & support from Gurudev, our success manager.

What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I disked in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a requirement to achieve SOC2 compliance for our product. Sprinto provided a fully automated process for evidence collection and compliance monitoring. We got our SOC2 Type I certification and we are working Sprinto for SOC2 Type II certification.

Sprinto offered a clear tech-led approach which is ideal for cloud-native firms like us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still evolving and can make a few auto recommendations. Should connect with free Github versions and not need team versions to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting ISO certified and remaining compliant is a challenge. Sprinto made it easier to not just get certified but made entire compliance process set up easily.

What do you like best about the product?
From the start of their service, Guru and the team has been highly helpful - from explaining the terminologies to solving last-minute queries. The team is readily available and approachable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of at the moment.

We are trying to be compliant. They are helping us with SoC2 compliance.

Excellent execution, great product!
What do you like best about the product?
Perfect product, just WORKS. Amazingly supportive team. All the integrations, out of box templates - would highly recommend to all early-stage startups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest. The compliance setup tool a little bit additional time for us but that was completely because of internal delays. It's upto you to move as fast as them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 compliance. Fully automated solution with an exceptional customer success team. Provided us with all the ready templates that we could tweak and use for our internal policies. 10/10 would recommended.
Great Product and amazing support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprint was able to get us SOC2 Type 2 compliant in 3 months. With every other vendor out there, we got ridiculous timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I disliked about the Sprinto dashboard or process. It was extremely smooth and worked as expected!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Sprinto has been our Information Security Management System and has helped us manage the things that are required for us to be compliant.
Sprinto is a great tool and the support from their side also very excellent
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is beneficial for quickly finding the pending infosec checks as it will show the details in the dashboard, and they will also alert us via emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike yet, as it is meeting our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for SOC2 compliance type1 and type2. Using this tool helped us figure out all the requirements that we need to complete for the whole process, and it is well structured.
