Sprinto helped us to achieve real infosec compliance rather than relying on paper based truth
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Sprinto integrates easily with all our standard tools
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some things that can be improved from a user experience point of view but I've seen that Sprinto is working actively on improvements.

With Sprinto we're achieving infosec compliance.

Great service, Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
It was a pleasure working with Rajiv, our success manager. He was available for weekly meetings and helped us with all the SOC 2-related tasks. The platform is easy to navigate and allows for customization. Sprinto also values customer feedback, and they are willing to add new features to the platform to enhance user experience. We were able to prepare for our SOC 2 audit extremely quickly because of the combination of integrations offered and the amazing customer service.
I also made a suggestion to map controls to the 5 different categories of the Trust Services Criteria. This way, it will automatically mark controls out-of-scope, as necessary, and you can view only those controls that are in-scope for the categories that are relevant to your audit. The great news is that they are planning to release this feature soon.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only annoying thing for me was that new tabs open whenever you click on something in the platform. I always end up with so many tabs open. However, they do have customers who specifically like this feature because they can easily switch back and forth when reviewing controls and information within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to prepare for SOC 2 quickly and had specific instructions about the type of evidence that needed to be uploaded. The integrations are a huge plus as well, since it makes for less work on our side. The automated alerts are also great, helping to ensure that we don't fall out of compliance.

Dashboard, but need more improvements as lot of API's are still missing.

Lot of manual work is being done by the your backend team, this need improvement

Sprinto is helping to make sure access control is in place, 2FA enabled, onboarding and off boarding, policy sign off etc..

The product is well thought out & the team does a fantastic job of both onboarding & customer success.
The process was both quick, smooth & reliable saving us time but more importantly giving us back much needed mind-space to focus on other business initiatives.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to using Sprinto especially for dev teams that have a build fast break things mindset. A self-paced learning trail would be quite helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Sprinto for our ISO27001 renewal and are currently in the process of using them for SOC2 prep. It has been quick & painless to get it done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a clear ultimate (not proximate) reason for WHY you need a certification before you speak to Sprinto.
Widening or narrowing scope halfway into the process will waste your time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dashboard in Sprinto shows false check and I am sure they are working on eliminating this.

Sprinto has been our Information Security Management System, and has helped us managed the things that are required for us to be SOC2, HIPPA and ISO 27001 complaint

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprinto platform's ability to perform security audits on cloud infrastructure automatically. Good integration with AWS resources is helpful monitoring security control implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search capabilities could be easier to use. To locate certain records, users need to scan the long list of resources.
A few bugs cause failure in running automated audits, sometimes causing false alarms to appear.
Azure integration could be improved. For example, Azure Microsoft Defender could be integrated to show vulnerabilities.

The journey from Type1 to Type2 is also smooth, where Sprinto tool takes care of automatic reminders to periodic tasks collection of evidence to keep us on track for a clean audit.
Support from their team is super fast in case you need help.
