Great support to achieve our certification in a short period of time
What do you like best about the product?
We have received great support to certify for ISO 27001 and to make it happen within 1 month. For our business Sprinto is fit for purpose considering the templates and automations available. It will definitely help us to stay compliant going forward and to be embedded into our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few challenges with automated interfaces which took quite some time to be fixed. This being the only improvement item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to automate some of our operational processes and has the ability to store all evidences in one place. Additionally, we have a good oversight if our controls are effective and hence we are compliant or need to trigger additional actions.

Effortless SOC2 Compliance with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Sprinto has been great in achieving SOC2 Type-II audit compliance. It has a very user-friendly interface which is easy to use. Sprinto has an amazing team of experts who help you with initial setup to final certification and guide you in maintaining the required process. Our account manager Shivang was a great help in this journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to complain about. We never faced any major issues. Sprinto team is always ready to help. So far so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto made our audit journey very smooth. Now we are a proud SOC2 compliance organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Implementation of Soc-2 using Sprinto was a breeze. Maintaining the process is also quite easy. It reminds us if we have missed out anything.

I like the product, nothing that I dislike.

It points out if there is any issue in cloud compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Sprinto for our SOC certification process, and what we appreciate most about the platform is how streamlined and efficient it makes the entire compliance journey. Sprinto’s user-friendly interface and automated workflows and integrations really help reduce the time and effort required to manage and complete the certification process. It simplifies complex tasks, organizes documentation, and provides real-time tracking of progress, ensuring that we stay on top of every requirement.
Additionally, we want to give special recognition to Abir Dey for his tremendous support throughout the process. His expertise and responsiveness made a significant difference in ensuring a smooth and successful certification. Abir’s proactive approach in addressing any concerns and guiding us through the platform was invaluable—his dedication truly stands out.

While Sprinto has been incredibly helpful, there are a few areas where we feel the platform could benefit from more customization options to better suit unique workflows. However, the overall experience has been very positive, and we’ve seen great value from the platform.

Sprinto is solving the problem of navigating the complex and time-consuming compliance processes, particularly for SOC certifications. By automating workflows, organizing documentation, and providing real-time tracking, Sprinto helps us stay on top of requirements and significantly reduces manual effort. This not only speeds up the certification process but also ensures accuracy and transparency throughout. The platform's ease of use, combined with exceptional support, has allowed us to focus on other priorities while confidently managing our compliance needs.

There was a minor intergration hichup with our SCR and CI tool but it got eventually fixed.

Sprinto provides the platform that visually illustrates any gaps for the complience and shows steps on how to fix those gaps to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Simple and easy integration
What do you like best about the product?
Getting onboarded and getting the implementation going was a very easy. The implementation solutions engineer(Abir Dey) helped every step of the way and was able answer questions quickly. Dashboard clearly showed what was pending which helped to keep track of the pending tasks.

Some issues were raised in the platform when they were not actually issues. But the support team was very helpful and responsive to get it fixed

We recently went through the ISO 27001 certification process, and I cannot emphasize enough how much Team Sprinto made this journey smoother and more manageable. Their expertise and guidance were invaluable, particularly from Abir Dey, the Solution Engineer. Abir went above and beyond to support us, providing clear instructions and prompt assistance whenever we had questions. His dedication and professionalism made what could have been a cumbersome process much more straightforward. I highly recommend Sprinto to anyone looking to achieve ISO certification—they truly stand out in their field!

It's all-in-one for us - a fully automated ISMS, Trust centre, vendor management and complience.
Sprinto simplified our ISO & SOC2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup with built-in plugins for all of the systems that we use. Continous improvement in the platform's capabilities over the past 3 years that we have been using it. Dedicated support person was very helpful with relevant suggestions for our queries. Working with Gurudev Mallesh, Harish Uthayakumar & Shivang Saxena has been a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Links from the dashboard to action items can sometimes be a little confusing. Sometimes (rarely) there are issues with Dr.Sprinto app - but gets resolved when we invole their support team.
