Sprinto simplified our ISO & SOC2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup with built-in plugins for all of the systems that we use. Continous improvement in the platform's capabilities over the past 3 years that we have been using it. Dedicated support person was very helpful with relevant suggestions for our queries. Working with Gurudev Mallesh, Harish Uthayakumar & Shivang Saxena has been a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Links from the dashboard to action items can sometimes be a little confusing. Sometimes (rarely) there are issues with Dr.Sprinto app - but gets resolved when we invole their support team.

Great SOC2 compliance progress
What do you like best about the product?
Having gone through a SOC2 audit before using Excel sheets and email, this was a night and day difference with Sprinto. Sprinto's platform made it easy to track and ensure our team was on track with our progress and audit. Our account manager, Shruti was beyond helpful and wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to email and help answer any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform requires a lot of clicking around and sometimes information feels buried. Thankfully Shruti could answer all my questions and pull any requested information with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 audit platform
They made compliance look easy and straigthforward!
What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to get started and understand what we had to do to become ISO/SOC2 compliant. Throughout the process, the Sprinto team guided us, and we were surprised at how smooth it was, as initially, we thought it was an enormous undertaking.

I'm not sure what to say here, we were satisfied and haven't noticed any negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprint helps us with compliance, ensuring we are SOC2/ISO27001 complaint.

Sprinto is by far the best way to get SOC2 compliance ready.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has been instrumental in setting up our SOC2 compliance. From setting up AWS, Github and Microsoft account and getting all details in one place helped us streamline our compliance.
The dashboard is easy to use. We setup a lot of our AWS policies, roles and security features directly through sprinto and did not have to login and create it each time from AWS. It helped us save money by recommending removing old employees from Microsoft and Github and setting up security rules for all our github repos.
Integration was pretty much straightforward. The process was neatly explained on how to setup the connection between Sprinto and all our providers.
All in all a great experience and highly recommended.

Not much to write here. Regular updates using email would be more helpful instead of logging in each time and searching for issues.

Being a bookkeeping company, we need to be extra careful about customer data which is where we need our compliance to be rock solid. This is where sprinto is helping us

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is exceptionally user-friendly, guiding us effortlessly through every step. With its automated evidence collection, we stayed audit-ready without the usual hassle, saving us time and reducing errors.

I can't think of anything. Everything has been great so far.

What do you like best about the product?
Once we connected our Github and AWS accounts seamlessly, Sprinto paved a way for us to remove coding and security vulnerabilities, which often get ignored when devs are focused on execution. It was a great help and learning for the team. Also, helped us with best practices with Github repo management. Making it easy for us to maintaining apps and deployments in near perfect condition.

There is a very little to dislike about sprinto.

Sprinto helped us with finding code and security vulnerabilities. It has helped the team by making it aware of those and how to resolve those swiftly. Also, made the team pay attention to the best practices.

Its user-friendly interface and robust features make it easy to monitor compliance status in real time. The platform’s ability to integrate seamlessly with various tools ensures a smooth workflow. Additionally, the dedicated highlt responsive support team is highly knowledgeable and proactive, ensuring a positive user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
he initial onboarding process can be slightly complex due to the number of integrations and configurations required. However, with the support of the support team you managed to do it quite fast.

We use Sprinto primarily for managing compliance requirements, including achieving and maintaining certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR. The platform also helps us streamline audit preparation and ensure continuous compliance with industry standards.
Smooth Soc2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Their onboarding was quite smooth and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional bugs. At times it would show a fix that I would need to take care of, while I have already fixed it.

What do you like best about the product?
We highly recommend Sprinto for anyone pursuing SOC2 compliance. Their platform is incredibly easy to use and set up. It provides all the necessary information in one centralized place. We got in touch with them when we decided to kickstart our SOC2 compliance journey, and the team helped us streamline the overall process, especially our account manager, Mr. Shivang, who became our go-to person.
With the help of Sprinto, we have cleaned up our AWS and removed unused applications/tools, which ultimately helped save costs.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, with good customer support. We've been able to automate alot of our compliance work with Sprinto.

Nothing in particular. The UI is getting updated which I'm looking forward to.
