What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Sprinto at Celoxis on our MacBook devices, and it has truly streamlined our security processes. The software makes it easy to perform thorough scans for crucial security measures such as Operating System, Disk encryption, screen lock, auto lock, and antivirus protection.
Sprinto is intuitive and easy to set up, which saves us time and ensures we’re always in compliance with our security protocols. It seamlessly integrates into our workflow without being intrusive, and we love how it gives us peace of mind knowing that our devices are secure.
The platform is intuitive, making it simple for our team to maintain security standards without disrupting productivity. Sprinto’s ability to automate checks and give clear, real-time reports has saved us a lot of time and effort in managing device compliance.
Our account manager, Shivang Saxena, and our customer success manager, Vaishali Pillai, have been incredibly helpful throughout our journey with Sprinto. Their support has made the entire experience even more seamless and effective.

As soon as things are out of the standard protocol, things get difficult. It's not a flexible service.

The best thing about Sprinto is its ability to simplify and automate the compliance processes. The platform is very user-friendly, and its interface and robust integrations make it easy to track and manage the requirements in an efficient manner. Thanks to the proactive customer support and clear guidance provided by the team. It's a game-changer for businesses aiming to streamline their security compliance efforts! A special mention to the technical account manager, Dom, from the sprinto team, who has helped us a lot in this security compliance and solved issues from time to time, along with providing feasible solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Sprinto. Minor challenges we faced were quickly resolved, thanks to Dom our TAM and the responsive support team for making a great overall experience.

Sprinto platform is very purppose built to facilitate compliance assessment and controls design, implementation, it makes it automated and efficient for our team. Integration with our systems is fantastic feature to fast track the eveidences.

not to mentioned any feature, it was well to the point on the requirement.

As a newly started tech products company, Sprinto helped us to set up controls, procedures and people compliance checks in perfect order. The trainings, review checks and eveidences management through integration with vendor systems was benefitial to do this thouroghly.
