What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto significantly simplifies the complex and often tedious process of managing compliance. Its automated controls, real-time monitoring, and integrations with tools like Google Workspace, AWS, and Jira help reduce manual effort and ensure you're always audit-ready. The interface is clean and intuitive, and their customer success team is responsive and knowledgeable — they truly feel like an extension of our team. Great help from our account manager Mr. Shivang
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve initially, especially when mapping internal processes to Sprinto’s control framework. Some integrations could be a bit more flexible/customizable, but the team actively listens to feedback and iterates quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us streamline and automate our compliance workflows for frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Before using Sprinto, tracking evidence, managing controls, and staying audit-ready was a manual, time-consuming process. With Sprinto, we’ve automated evidence collection, centralized our compliance tasks, and gained real-time visibility into our security posture. It’s reduced the burden on our InfoSec team, helped us avoid last-minute scrambles before audits, and improved collaboration across departments. Ultimately, it gives us confidence that we're continuously compliant and ready for audits at any time.

What do you like best about the product?
Implementing Sprinto was an incredibly smooth and painless experience, largely thanks to the truly par-excellent support provided by the Sprinto Team. Their dedication and expertise ensured a seamless setup from start to finish. Furthermore, the robust level of automation Sprinto offers has given us immense comfort and confidence in our compliance processes, making what could be a complex task remarkably straightforward. It was also very easy to use with easy integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there's nothing to dislike about Sprinto, we would love to see in future automation module for DORA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is solving the complex challenges of achieving and maintaining various compliance standards. For us, this has directly benefited us by enabling us to successfully secure ISO 27001, GDPR, and DORA certifications. Beyond the initial achievement, Sprinto also provides the framework and tools to effortlessly maintain these critical compliance postures moving forward.
Soprinto helped make obtaining our ISO and SOC II very easy and affordable.

A special mention to our account manager Shivang, whose support and guidance have made the entire onboarding and implementation process even smoother.

Now, with Sprinto, we have real-time visibility into our compliance posture, automated evidence collection, and clearly defined workflows. This has significantly reduced the time and effort needed to stay compliant, improved accuracy, and allowed our team to focus more on core operations rather than audit prep.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with systems enabling a very easy to use interface for security and compliance management. With Sprinto, managing scores of data points is made easy. Audit support is another key differentiator with Sprinto. A shout out to impeccable customer support. Our account management has been flawless with Shivam, Shivang, Harish and team making sure things are fool proof.

Nothing much as Sprinto is evolving fast and spreading into areas at much a quicker pace

Getting all different scenarios under a single umbrella making it very easy to manage controls and audit compliance aspects. This enables us to have a highly organised control system in place as well as saves time in managing these controls.

The integrations with cloud infrastructure, HR systems, and ticketing tools were seamless, and the real-time monitoring dashboards provide full visibility into our compliance posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there’s little to complain about. If anything, some of the initial onboarding documentation could be more beginner-friendly, but the support team was quick to step in and help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprinto, compliance was a manual and stressful process. Now, we’ve automated evidence collection, policy enforcement, and access control. This has saved us countless hours, reduced the risk of missing critical tasks, and ensured we’re always audit-ready. It also helped us close enterprise deals faster by speeding up security reviews.

It helps to achieve the compliance goal faster with minimal effort.It is easy to use.

I have see sometimes it get unstable when new features rolled out beside that it works awesome.

It effortlessly get integrate with the system like HRMS/Clouds etc which make it so awesome to use.

The customer success/support team was fantastic during the entire project. I would like to specifically mention our technical account manager Pavithra R that went above and beyond to provide excellent help and support.
They guided us throughout the project and was always eager to help with questions over mail or getting on a call.

We stumbled up a bug or two, but always got quick help from the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Sprinto for our ISO 27001 certification and it was very helpful in keeping everything together for a smaller company.

Having sponsored various audits in my career, Sprinto was refreshing with its tech enabled offering. The process was highly structured and the audit was very streamlined. Basically, it reduced blind spots significantly.
