Made ISO Certification Smooth
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made our ISO certification process a lot easier. Their platform is intuitive, well-structured, and made it easy for our team to stay compliant. Kavya, our Customer Success Manager, and Shivang, our Account Manager, made sure that all our inquiries were answered and assisted throughout our entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our overall experience with Sprinto have been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps us automate and manage our ISO 27001 compliance requirements. It centralized our ISO compliance tasks, provided clear visibility into our progress, ensured that we are ready with audit with minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations. This has reduced the administrative burden on our team, allowed us to onboard new employees into compliance processes seamlessly, and helped us achieve certification.

Sprinto is a world class solution for SOC2 and GDPR compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box support and ability to integrate into existing systems.
We were able to get up and running within 15 days with our current state understanding what all we required to fix to ensure compliance.

From my experience, Sprinto is a really user-friendly platform. Once you begin using it, I think you'll find it quite enjoyable. In fact, I haven't come across anything about it that I dislike.

Its super easy to use and intuitive, only takes a few minutes to set up.

The UX isn't the best, it could use a revamp.

The interface is easy to use and well organized. Customer support is responsive.

We did have a few issues with some integrations erroring a while back but the team was quick to fix it and we hadn't had any for a while.

Getting and monitoring our Soc-2 Type 2 certification was straightforward.

Sprinto makes complex security assessments easy to follow, with clear guidance, automation, and a very responsive support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation can sometimes feel overwhelming, but a new interface has just been released, so this might improve significantly.

Sprinto provides an out-of-the-box security platform that helps us implement industry best practices quickly and build trust with the market through recognized compliance standards.

All process are well defined default. Excellent Customer support. Dashboard look is just wow.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some controls are not picked up automatically from 3P providers. However, we have the ability to mark these controls manually. This is an incredibly minor issue, especially compared to the other providers we tried before Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracks completion of required tasks for Security compliance (SOC2) and helps prepare for Audit. This helps us save several hours per week, especially during audit period.
