SOC-2 report & ISO27001 certification was received in the most hassle-free manner!
What do you like best about the product?
Shivang Saxena at Sprinto provided us with complete visibility into the process, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. Thanks to his expertise, we didn’t have to worry about auditor conversations, making the entire journey seamless. In just a matter of weeks, we successfully achieved both SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, when everything worked so seamlessly it’s hard to complain, I would definitely recommend Sprinto

We tackled the challenging task of building trust by maintaining top-notch security and compliance measures—yet the process felt effortless and even enjoyable. It was so seamless, it almost felt surreal!

I love the auto-audit feature for laptops—it quickly checks compliance and identifies who is and isn’t compliant.

Sprinto's setup takes time, and customization options are limited.

Sprinto is a great platform to use and very user friendly. I like the ability of this platform to automate compliance tasks. I also want to comment our account manager Shivang he's been very helpful to us.

Not much since they've been providing great support and assistance.

This is tool is very lauded for automating repetitive compliance task, allowing us to focus more on strategic aspects of security and compliance.

The dashboard that allows the visibility across all frameworks.
Implementation was smooth, and the support team, especially Sai and Vaishali provided expert guidance throughout.

The daily email notification doesn't show much details on the checks.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive User interface. Once configured to integrate with your systems, Sprinto ensures seamless compliance documentation - making it so easy. The Dashboard on Sprinto helps one to easily keep track of the compliance status also.
The Customer Support also has been superb. Mallika Arjun is very easily accessible and has always helped with timely assistance and expert guidance.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking mechanism for some of the offline documents that needs to be maintained for continued compliance can be improved on Sprinto. A listing of all such additional documents based on the policies and procedures, could help the Users to keep track on them and ensure compliance.

The checks and control required to continuously monitor are really easy to do from tool.

Not specific to mention. Only product feature support to be enhance to support which was highlighted during period.

We did not incur any such issues as the process is very smooth!
