What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive User interface. Once configured to integrate with your systems, Sprinto ensures seamless compliance documentation - making it so easy. The Dashboard on Sprinto helps one to easily keep track of the compliance status also.
The Customer Support also has been superb. Mallika Arjun is very easily accessible and has always helped with timely assistance and expert guidance.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking mechanism for some of the offline documents that needs to be maintained for continued compliance can be improved on Sprinto. A listing of all such additional documents based on the policies and procedures, could help the Users to keep track on them and ensure compliance.

Compliance documentation and continued compliance tracking.
The Trust Centre on Sprinto helps us to maintain all required security compliance documentation in one place. That is super helpful during security audits by by prospective customers.

The checks and control required to continuously monitor are really easy to do from tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not specific to mention. Only product feature support to be enhance to support which was highlighted during period.

The SOC 2 report and ISO 27001 certification were obtained in a very smooth process!

Our Customer Success Manager was very helpful and the process was seamlessly carried out, securing the SOC 2 compliance certification in short period.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not incur any such issues as the process is very smooth!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. Seamless reports that they help you with to set up your processes. Great monitoring and wizard that helps you with all of your compliance needs. Great onboarding and customer success. Timely responses and easy to work with at an affordable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could add more certifications to the portfolio. They couldn't help us with 21 CFR Rule 11 or Annex 11. They mentioned that they are adding it shortly.

Sprinto helped us get HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing major, just some of the integrations were glitchy at the start, but everything was sorted out by the sprinto team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our IT security and compliance processes organized.
The most supportive team and an extremely user friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate how user-friendly and intuitive their dashboard is. I have never had trouble learning to navigate the product since Day 1. The team is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. It almost feels as though we are working with an extended team rather than an external vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but, personalized automated emails and Slack notifications could help us follow up with employees. They are already available but are usually overlooked because they come from a bot. The help/support icon in the employee portal might be adjusted slightly, as I find employees typically reach out to us more than the support team directly when they encounter issues with Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us with all of our compliance audits like SOC2, GDPR certifcations.
