Gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics definitely gets the job done by letting us know best practices for our sales roles. Have not had any issues with crashing and bugs like with other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all programs you just have to use it to understand how it works.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily customized to suit individual needs. Abel to display reports in multiple formats
What do you dislike about the product?
The Cognos system is slowly being phased out over time ans support is limited

We needed an easy way to manage accounting and displaying information

The support on any questions has been mediocre at best unfortunately.

This is used for data storage and report creation for financial data.
It works as expected, but nothing else

It usually works fine and do what users needs. The software it's resillient and works with no errors, It contains all the componentes the users need.

the Licenses are not very easy to manage, and the interfaces are no very user friendly. They also book old.

The users get the reports in a simple way, and with the informartion they need.
