Ease in Implementation , Integration , Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is , it is user friendly which helps to provide real time data and one can always play around to see how they what Implement. It is easily integrated which further helps the Customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislked about it its cost of implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biiggest problem that we were facing was supplier management which S4 HANA solved us quickly. Managing the database was also challenging which furhter got resolved by S4 HANA implementation. The Dashboard are also easly to use and reports can now be fletched easily.

It helps cater to small and medium businesses, allowing them to grow and start their businesses on day 1 with additional support, maintaining privacy and support with no upfront investment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it has solved the problem of complex business processes with the cloud platform with least expenses.
SAP Hana is easy to use and effective one in companies roles. Specially the SAP success factor.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some errors in accounting terms like in specific date of clearing ( in F-32 ) they only use billing date for default one not with payment date . ( Example: while clearing of under Dt. 31-12-2024 my SAP also taken the payments date on DT. 6-01-2025 . That will only suppose to be taken under DT. 31-12-2024 where payment had to be made )
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taken default dates both invoice and payment for specific period. I explained previous. Plus user have an excess to help function to know how to work on SAP .

Usin hana cloud dataveasy to maintain and manual storage issue solved data fast retrived and secure to cloud

I have not any problem to use hana cloud

What do you like best about the product?
Based on my experience in preparing financial statements under Schedule III and ensuring compliance with Ind AS standards, I find SAP S/4HANA’s financial management system very useful. It brings together key accounting tasks like revenue recognition and inventory tracking in one place. This reduces manual work and ensures accuracy. Since the system updates financial data in real-time, reports are always up to date, making audits easier and improving financial transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very costly to my company . Difficult to understand initially and T-codes used should be simpler not this much complex.

Provinding all the required information quickly and accurately.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud has been a game changer for us, for managing business operations effortlessly and efficiently. its real time integrationacross , procurement and sales has helpedus break silos and make faster, data driven decisions. its inbuild AI powered reporting provides and insights are super helpful for staying on top of key matrices. Ease of use and implementation .

set up and onboarding can be time consuming

SAP S/4 HANA applications increases speed data accessibility. Mainly it improves performance and speed. Its very easy to use and the customer suport is also incredible

Being into HR it really helped me to complete my task efficiently and on time. Hr is multitasking profile sap s/4 hana cloud really helped me to manage my task easily and from anywhere this is what i like most.

I would say that only thing i dislike about this product is the maintenance cost which is hard to justify

This product is actually helping us in our payroll process as we get to do workforce management through it. It helps in getting work overview for resource planning
