Business made easy

What do you like best about the product?
SAP ERP is an all in one solution for all departments in an organization. HR, Accounts, Finance and Sales - all these departments use SAP for their daily running of the business. SAP can make a business run smooth, efficient and effective. Invoices can be processed, Sales can be tracked, employee work can be measured and financial statements can easily made
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface of SAP ERP is extremely boring to use. Simple colors are used for font and there are no colors. Even a professional may get bored from using this software after a while. This software is also extremely expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP ERP has been extremely helpful in my business. All my accounting problems have been solved by this. Chances of Fraud have been reduced as all my work is being done on cloud. All my purchase orders and invoices can now be made via SAP ERP making my business look more professional. As there are more approvers and checkers involved in this verification process, chances of mistakes are also mitigated.

What do you like best about the product?
Forces to somehow move away from VM and use the actual hardware. I like it, even though not everyone does.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that SAP miscalculated the UI, again, as I do not consider Fiori particularly well architected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is yet at the stage of try-out as it isn't clear if there's a benefit. For now, it seems SAP imposing this product based on the grounds other than business benefit
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think, we need some time to determine if this software takes ground. One thing suspicious about it is that it uses non-widely adopted technologies (e.g. HANA, Fiori) and does not take advantage of the open successful developments (e.g. Hadoop, various Apache projects).
SAP simply may not be able to sustain this development as it requires a pile of resources beyond current SAP capacity (people and money primarily) that aren't fast in the making or cheap, especially that all this requires huge research effort

BP implementation and the support during the implementation

Memory management is bit tedious to keep your system stable

our customer were looking for the solution for the tax and finance related/ by implementing the S/4 HANA system with BP implementation of different countries, they are getting the expected reports and output to server the venders quickly,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
highly recommend to use S/4 HANA for befinits of implementation, different option can easily accomodate and use.

What do you like best about the product?
S/4 HANA, is not only a platform for development, it is also a place where we can bring integrated designs with various other features of latesr SAP platforms.

FIORI is one another platform which provides world class design techniques which can be used along with S/4 HANA. They have designed the platform in such a way so that S/4 HANA can be configured easily without any hassle
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to load even though the internet speed is very high. This happens for the first time.

Configuration guide is not easily available. If there is any link or document for learning activities, would be further more easier during configuring HANA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom designs by keeping success factors as base.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes.. i would recommend others to use this.

What do you like best about the product?
HANA is great with all the different deployment options...all the customers information is in one single pane making it so easy to have all the information I need at my fingertips
What do you dislike about the product?
learning the new system at first was difficult but with the training classes from SAP I was able to get up to speed quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
disparate data, seperated siloed information
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly consider taking the SAP HANA classes to get up to speed and learn as much as possible about HANA
