Great CDP for all customer need with ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Treasure data CDP is a great product having all the necessary capabilities to support customers personalization needs . More than 250+ out of the box connectors make the integration faster , the audience studio is the isolated from data workbench which makes it easier for marketers to create the segments and activate it without depending much on the IT team . From support standpoint the response is quick and all CSMs like Andrew Smith , Amy , Cole are super helpful solving customer problems round the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Treasure Data profile API refresh is having scope for improvements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer had challenges to create a customer 360 , create hyperpersonlized touchpoint or measure the marketing KPI . Treasure Data's robust ID resolution helped solving the problems along with implementing some key capability like NBA , NBT for increase cross sale , increase customer base.

Intuitive CDP Platform with InfoSec
What do you like best about the product?
- TD provides real time reporting with a very intuitive UI which gives the marketeers to make marketing decisions easily and without spending too much time
- Data governance rules & GDPR compatibility is a huge advantage especially if you are working in a company in Europe like my company (Electronics HQ in Europe)
- We have recently got the hold of different integration possibilities very easily such as Qualtrics (survey platform for CRM) which has quickly become a benefit to us

What do you dislike about the product?
- Customer technical service can be optimized by placing more technical colleagues who could get back to the clients with less delay & more satisfying answers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social data activation has immensley helped my companies' paid media campaign strategy and choose our campaign audiences more wisely which has always been a big problem for us. This really has started to change the game for us & we will even rely on that more in the near future. Also doing segmentation from a CDP platform like TD gave us better emailing strategy which we (as a company) tackle with AWS easily
Strongest customer service and adaptability to changing data environment
What do you like best about the product?
Your adaptability and continued work towards building the most complete product for your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some more transparency in customer data, something like a data catalogue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CDP from TD is solving our Golden record for customers which is much needed. At the same time it provides is the much needed insights into future elections from our customers via NBA models, something that we use to target customers on the Road and future revenue generating oppurtunities.
Fun tool that could be even more low-coding
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of using Audience Studio. Simple to query data using SQL. Nice visualization of workflow status. Query speed. TD academy good for practising!

Split between AS and CDP. Want more low-coding possiblilites for end to end, from integrations, data workbench to activation with a step-by-step process.

Can be a bit difficult to understand how to activate segments. It takes some time to get the hang of it.

While Treasure Data has many useful features and keeps developing, it's also linked to the only 'dislike': the limitations within the licensing model, where new features can result in extra costs—and cost-benefit analysis work—if you would like to use them.

Great software if you do the work
What do you like best about the product?
Treasure Data is perhaps the most reliable software I've used, it just works and you can trust the data within it. Implementation can be a tad tricky but I believe that it can be done easily in house (even with a complex business) with a technical marketing person and a software developer. As per the title, the softwares great but you need to put in the work, it's something that requires you to really come up with a strategy and make sure that you're using the software a few times a week and monitoring what you're doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Treasure Data have great CSMs who are very involved but naturally can't offer you in depth technical support, when we started we struggled a bit thinking that the best approach was to ask them for help whenever we had a problem. The reality is that they run amazing conferences a few times a year and these are the best opportunities to get support from Treasure Data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Treasure data reconciles multiple customer profiles into one for us, something we had not been able to achieve before.
Great CDP Tool for Segmentation and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Building Data pipelines and monitoring them is very smooth, also it allows us to write sql and python scripts within workflows which allows to do lot of customizations to achive our company specific goals. Also they have lot of built in connectors to Ingest and to activate the data to and from various systems. They are continuosly improving the system by adding new features like Delta Activation, Journey orchestration etc., The product support team is very prompt in resolving the issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have experienced with few issues when working with postback API's like payload column names need to be consistent with it's case. But we have a work around for those issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Treasure Data to unify of customer data that we are aquiring from multiple sources like our websites,facebook , Google and other internal sources. We want to create unified record of each customer with all their behavior data, which helps us understand the latest information user has submitted and their interests which inturn helps to segment them easily for marketing purposes. We will also evaluate how our campaigns are performing as well after the activation, to improve it.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Treasure Data Customer Data Platform is its user-friendly interface in Audience Studio. It's incredibly practical and operationally efficient, making it perfect for marketers. Additionally, it's also easily customized according to our company data model and systems. Their customer support is excellent, always responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. I only have good wishes for them to continue the great work they are doing.

Strong Engineering Infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
I have evaluated many other CDPs available in the market but could not find any other solutions cmparable to Treasure Data when it comes to Data management. Easy to integrate with the systems in the martech stack. Easy to use when it comes to setup data pipelines. Customer support is outstanding when it comes to resolve any technical issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for new users.

TD CDP is being used at my organisation to build the C360 profile of the customer and prospects.
This has really helped to understand and undercover the trends on different products and helped us to take decisions.
