One stop shop for email record requests!
What do you like best about the product?
Now that we have been on this for enough years, I no longer have to wade through on-prem Exchange backups when we get email record requests. What used to take from hours to weeks of restoring environments to pull back data from years past is now done within a few minutes. The implementation was seamless and done with support assistance which was great. Even though we don't use this every day, its great to know it's available and ready to get the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say that there is a downside to this product as it works great. The time it may take to pull the data can seem long, but in reality that is to be expected when you may be combing through 7 years of email!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy integration for us with 365 and keeping me free to do other things rather than spend days to weeks retrieving data from years of mail server backups.
