Quick standup to provide powerful tools to your team.
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly quick and simple to build tools. With very little effort, and almost no boilerplate code to write and maintain, we are able to introduce needed tools at a far more rapid pace than with our previous, semi-proprietary method. While there are other platforms that can provide similar end results, when comparing them, I felt that Superblocks streamlines the process significantly. While their stable of pre-set integrations is still somewhat limited, their ability to use REST APIs and OpenAPI means your build capabilities are not limited. Their documentation is good, but where it is missing something, their support team is a chat away, and responds quickly and with familiarity with the platform, getting you the answer you need without making you wait days for a support engineer. Our legacy platform took weeks of work by a talented and driven team before we could even build our first tool, but with Superblocks, we had production ready tools in a matter of days.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI designer has some oddities that take some getting used to, and there are some things (like being able to show users the time left on a timer object) that are not available. Currently, granting access to internal or on-premise data requires commiting to running all tools through the on-premise agent, with no hybrid connectivity model as of writing.
However, based on their documentation, they are constantly looking to improve and increase the capabilities of the platform. Anything I dislike can be creatively solved with the capabilities they do provide.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superblocks allows us to rapidly build and deploy tools that enable our staff to perform tasks that would require either overprovisioning permissions or knowledge that is not reasonable to expect them to have in their position or career path. My systems engineers can provide these tools in a fraction of the time it used to take us.
Easy way to build a fully customizable platform for internal research
What do you like best about the product?
Superblocks made it really easy to create one centralized place to view all of our data and research. We needed something that was faster with a better UI/UX than Salesforce and LookerStudio. The built-in components are great, but the emphasis on the ability to customize our apps via custom components is what led us to choosing Superblocks over Retool. Big fan of their documentation as well - makes it even easier to get set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
No negative feedback for the most part - one dream feature would be some sort of chat like interface that could read over all their docs and help tell me whether or not it's possible to build certain charts / features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating one centralized repository for all our research and data in an easy to consume way
Super-easy for teams to get up and running with
What do you like best about the product?
It was super-easy to introduce to our existing k8s infrastructure. Becasuse of the On-Prem agent and the focus on data security, it wasn't a hard sell for our security teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permission system for a large sprawling team is not very intuitive to manage. But it has been constantly improving, which is a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building internal tools
Best software for fastest custom apps
What do you like best about the product?
This gem of a software has the best interface when it comes to custom APPS and UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure but at some critical times there are bugs, which can be avoided
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most specifically, it helps me avoid use of so many different softwares.
Super flexible and super helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Superblocks has been a great addition to our toolset for internal solutions. We can spin things up way faster than before.
We have integrated this toolset into our day-to-day operations and has helped a ton with standardization and visualization.
It was very easy to start up and is easy maintenance across the board.
Also, their team is phonomenal. They are always willing to help with any issues or help drive for new offerings in their product based upon your feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have to build out our own pieces to use (but they just added custom react component support so not as big of a deal).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped our team generate UI for our devops tasks with less maintenance and more speed then we had before.
Delivering unmatched time savings with exceptional customer support
What do you like best about the product?
From the very beginning, Superblocks demonstrated an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. Their team's responsiveness and dedication to understanding our unique needs and challenges have been instrumental in the success of our partnership. We have been consistently impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile and their genuine desire to see us thrive.
Superblocks' platform is a paragon of user-friendliness. It has drastically simplified our development processes, making it accessible to team members across different technical backgrounds. The intuitive interface and well-documented features have been a breath of fresh air for our developers, greatly accelerating their productivity.
One of the most outstanding aspects of Superblocks is its ability to save time. The streamlined workflows and automated processes have allowed our teams to focus on what truly matters: innovation and problem-solving. This efficiency has not only sped up project timelines but also increased the agility of our organization.
Superblocks has been a game-changer for us in terms of fostering rapid iterations and innovation. Its versatile toolset, coupled with the ease of creating custom pipelines, has empowered our development teams to experiment, adapt, and iterate quickly. We've seen a remarkable increase in the pace of our development and deployment cycles.
The pièce de résistance of Superblocks is undoubtedly their On-Prem Agent. In an era where security and data control are paramount, this feature sets them apart. It allows us to maintain complete control over our data while still reaping the benefits of the Superblocks platform. This was a critical factor in our decision to partner with them, and it has lived up to its promise.

What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that has caused some difficulties for us is the lack of locale support for numbers within the Superblocks platform. Given our global operations, it's crucial for us to work with a variety of number formats and notations. This limitation has occasionally led to confusion and errors, especially when dealing with data that originates from different regions. We believe that adding locale support for numbers would significantly enhance the platform's usability and ensure a smoother experience for a wider range of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superblocks is addressing the critical challenges of time-consuming development processes, inefficient workflows, and the need for agile iterations. Their solution has significantly benefited us by saving time, streamlining our operations, and enabling faster project cycles, ultimately increasing our productivity and efficiency. Additionally, the exceptional customer support they provide has ensured a smooth and effective partnership, enhancing our overall experience with the platform.
Truly built with engineering teams in mind!
What do you like best about the product?
It has been an absolute pleasure working with Superblocks (both the team and the application itself!). Not only has it been relativley easy to integrate with our existing APIs, but the developer experience of actually putting together apps and tools has been great. Engineers are excited to work in Superblocks and have even described the experience as fun! We have also been consistently impressed by the teams responsiveness to our concerns and the speed with which they have picked up work related to our major pain points. At every step of the process the team has been incredibly quick to work with us on finding a solution and keeping our momentum to drive adoption across our org.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little I can put in the dislike column about Superblocks. At almost every turn they have preempted my asks with either full releases or an explainer of where it falls into the roadmap. I think one pain point that I would love to see evolve/continue to improve is around code re-usability - we do find ourselves copying standard code from one app to another when it doesn't neatly fit in a workflow. Overall though, we've been incredibly happy with Superblocks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superblocks helps us increase the speed to delivery of our internal tooling. We have our own internal admin tool that has become a pain to maintain over time and it is a breath of fresh air to be able to spin up new tooling for our internal teams with greater speed again. Superblocks also servers as a more convenient integration point with other third party systems our business uses, without requiring our engineering teams to build specific and one off integrations for each.
Best of both worlds
What do you like best about the product?
There will always be a bit of a tradeoff between speed of development and customizability (since premade components are by definition not custom), but the way Superblocks allows you to inject little pieces of code here and there makes it easy to take a premade component (e.g. a button) and still use some custom code to modify it (e.g. using a Javascript snippet to only show the button under certain circumstances).
In other words: Superblocks standardises and abstracts away the annoying stuff, like boilerplate code, and headaches like authentication, and authorization, while keeping the customizability that you want in a tool.
Really the best of both worlds.
On top of this, Superblocks is very intuitive and easy to understand, so you can get to building pretty much straight away.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit buggy still, but this is mediated by the excellent support we're receiving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal application for pulling data from many different sources.
Great product that build internal app quickly
What do you like best about the product?
We investigated most of the similar tools. Superblocks is the only tool in the market that works well with MongoDB Atlas. The support is excellent. The app is reliable and runs fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Edit mode UI is a bit busy, but not a big deal for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Superblocks to build internal tools that controls and monitors our backend business logic and the database.
