What do you like best about the product?
Superblocks is a real game-changer regarding ease of use and seamless user experience. Its on-premise agent architecture is remarkable, facilitating a secure and effortless connection to our data via a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). The migration process from alternative platforms is a breeze, underscoring Superblocks' commitment to user convenience.
I'm particularly impressed with the solid components, which reflect the thoughtfulness put into its design. The feature set is another standout, offering a comprehensive suite of capabilities that cater to various needs. Going from idea to production-ready Superblocks within 30 minutes is an exceptional attribute I appreciate in a fast-paced environment.
Notably, Superblocks offers excellent customer support, underlining its commitment to customer satisfaction. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and highly professional, enhancing the user experience. The pricing model is another notable aspect that sets Superblocks apart, offering great value for its quality.

One tiny issue with Superblocks is that the text component uses HTML rather than markdown. This becomes problematic during migration, particularly for those of us who are more accustomed to the simplicity and readability of markdown.
Another area that could be improved is the navigation and sidebar user interface. It would be beneficial to have the browser remember the pinned state to ease navigation and make the user experience even more intuitive.
In summary, Superblocks is an excellent product with impressive features and user experience. The few minor tweaks needed do not overshadow its benefits, and I believe it's well on its way to becoming a leader in its domain.

What do you like best about the product?
With Superblocks we have been able to quickly make complex frontend tools for internal use. It has a very intuitive design, making it easy to use, and I have found the documentation to be quite good!
They also are always adding new features to help make the app-building experience a very nice one.
Their support has been phenomimal for the few times that I have needed help. They have a great team that is delightful to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that are missing or that could be improved upon for more complex applications, such as being able to conditionally run steps in a workflow or API.
I would also like to see which apps/workflows are using which integrations from the integration menu - just to increase visibility into our integration dependencies.

Superblocks is providing a place where we can easily and quickly build internal applications, saving our developers time on creating and maintaining these tools.

While Superblocks excels in many areas, there's always room for growth. Currently, there are a few features I look forward to seeing in future updates:

- Single Page Applications (SPA) Support
- JSON Sorting (the current automatic sorting of JSON objects can sometimes reduce readability. An option to maintain the original order would be appreciated).

Easy to configure and great support
What do you like best about the product?
1) easy and straight forward way to pull data from different sources (Salesforce and PandaDoc and some more in my case)
2) easy to build an application with a simple UI, embedded iFrames (easy to visualise data)

UI may not be as intuitive as I expect but in general it does not take tonnes of time to sit and create something useful to automate routine tasks or simple business process

it supports various integrations and gives a way to quickly configure data represantation

Superblocks is very intuitive, and creating an app is a smooth process, the product evolves rapidly and the team is super professional and responsive. Superblocks architecture of SaaS and agents is different from competitors and leads to better performance and for short deployment and easy maintenance.

There are some additional features I would like to have such as reusable components but as far as I know, they would be added soon.

Superblocks is allowing us to create internal tools that would otherwise require a lot of RnD resources in a very low time.

- Lacking integration with Git (or something comparable) in order to better track changes of code
- Low code is great, but when you need to write code it's not easy to write it in the browser (as opposed to an IDE)

We build internal webapps that help our users (within the company) perform their work.
Using Superblocks, we are able to build the webapps faster and cheaper, imeplement changes faster, and generally help our users better.
The alternative of developing such webapps using typical development tools is slower and more expensive

What do you like best about the product?
Superblocks makes it easy to build internal tools quickly. We use it for tools for operations and tools for developers. It's great to have so much out of the box functionality and be able to stitch data together from different tools we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in awhile we find something we want to do that Superblocks can't do and then it can be a bit limiting compared to if we just built on our own software. The Superblocks team has done a great job working with us though to add missing functionality as needed though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building internal apps and simple endpoints based on data from 3rd party tools we already use (eg Snowflake, Google Sheets)

It was super easy to integrate SB for our use case, which basically let us connect our DB and perform multiple actions in a very nice UI, buttons, etc.

it's not that I don't like SB, but I would like to see more built in flows that we can user, for example, a flow to allow users with JIT access, this will be very valuable for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned before, we are using Superblock to automated and allow users to have a UI for normal actions that are done today in a different manner. It saves us a lot of time!
