Amazing and versatile product for over a year now!
What do you like best about the product?
Superblocks has been super helpful for us in accelerating the process of building internal apps, especially those that are cross-functional and help multiple teams. We've been able to build self-serve tools used by Sales, Marketing, Billing, Product etc and has reduced the number of engineering hours needed and helped us move faster as a company overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Superblocks moves fast, so sometimes things aren't perfect in terms of small bugs or reliability issues. They are quick to respond though and help get things resolved asap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superblocks helps us solve 3 main business problems. One is the aggregation of data across our different data sources used by different teams to allow it to be all in one place. They also help with customer and billing operations, to help solve common requests and inquiries. Lastly, they allow us to keep track of our most important company metrics through daily scheduled automated jobs.

Excellent software for internal tool development
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn. Fast development and time to value. The team enjoys using it, and has unblocked a lot of value to internal teams in less than 30% of the time it would have taken earlier. Very responsive team who turns around fixes in days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few missing features which I expect will be released shortly. Better version control and authentication/authorization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time to value. We can build tools for teams in a fraction of the time it used to take. Great out of the box integrations with pretty much everything we care about, and easy use of API's for our internal software.

What do you like best about the product?
Superblocks makes going from query to user dashboard so fast and easy that I can create and update user interfaces in just a few hours. I also like the component flexibility and interaction between different components and even different dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the default graphs look great out of the box, there's some additional graphing functionality that would be nice to have. In particular, I would like more control of the graph legend like sort and limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Superblocks we can get better visibility into our own customer's usage and characteristics. That visibility allows us to make interaction decisions and informs how we can help them with our platform.
Massively powerful for internal applications
What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, I have been very impressed and excited about Superblocks as a product. I’ve found it has so much flexibility to get it to do exactly what we need it to with effortlessly passing parameters from Javascript and Python into our queries. I have found that I’ve been able to develop and get changes out faster than working in many other more brittle tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel many people that aren't developing in the tool have gotten the impression that it's even simpler than it really is. It still requires talented developers who understand the languages being used, but it unleashes their potential with flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created incredibly useful internal applications that will help get our organization out of Google Sheets!
Great for easily building apps
What do you like best about the product?
With Superblocks, we can build the front-end + back-end of an app in a day or two, as least for the most pieces. Having the option of writing several steps using SQL or Python or Javascript it's an amazing tool. They are deploying some cool features, and overall we can focus on more important things, rather than building a new UI from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the option to run bulk updates or looping over a dynamic list for SQL queries, for example. I also would like to have the option of using tags per session in Snowflake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To build cool UIs and make a demo for clients about custom solutions we build. Having the option of focusing in the back-end and pipelines and coming up with an app like this in a day or so is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Superblocks for a year now, and it's become an integral part of our workflow. The tool builder is not only comprehensive but is also incredibly easy to use. The user interface is intuitive and simplifies the internal tool building process for all people.
Superblocks excellent integration capabilities with AWS services are one aspect that really stands out. Its seamless interoperability with Redshift and S3 has significantly streamlined our operations. We can now smoothly transfer our data back and forth, optimize our queries, and manage our data storage efficiently, all within the Superblocks platform. This deep integration eliminates the need to switch between different platforms or tools, saving us time and reducing potential errors.
Another strength of Superblocks that deserves special mention is their customer support. Whenever we've encountered issues or needed assistance, their support team has been readily available and extremely helpful. They always go the extra mile to ensure our questions are answered, our problems are solved, and our needs are met. It already provides a dozen of userful NPM and Python packages for the code editor. But it would be more flexible if we can import arbitrary ones.

Writing a new tool from scratch can be quite a challenge, especially when dealing with a language such as Typescript, which requires a solid understanding of JavaScript and static typing.

Superblocks still grow up, and with hunger comes appetite. So sometimes you still feel the system's limitations, but it improves constantly. We are very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superblocks solved business processes that were managed manually. Moving those processes to an automatic system helps us to control orderly processes and to do fewer mistakes.
Amazing Low Code Tool
What do you like best about the product?
UX is very simple and elegant, and the product is quite easy to use. Pricing also makes a lot of sense. Overall, I reach for superblocks first whenever there's something I want to prototype or build as an internal tool.

More integrations could be useful. UI components are relatively lacking.

Superblocks has been a great resource for us in that we are able to combine data from multiple source systems and provide actionable components that enable end users to improve their day to day function within the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a gap in enabling unit testing that makes test driven development quite difficult.This isn't a major blocker, as we are able to set up unit testing through other means, but it is definitely something we would like to see improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating processes that different areas of our business are still tied up in gsheets with the goal of improving SLAs and general workflow for those specific processes.
Creating operational dashboards to expose data securely to our Ops team.
What do you like best about the product?
Backend Team's best friend, allow us to expose our Processes and Data to collaborators, quickly and easily, without frontend experience required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough authorization features (role-specific capabilities). missing some 'out of the box' features that exists with competitors ('key value' component for displaying single-objects easily (not only arrays).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a backend team, we have no easy way to expose our data externally to various non-R&D departments, and we are frequently asked to pull data or explain our processes.
