Streamlined and efficient approach
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and overall user experience is great as it is a fully streamlined approach. It allows cross referenceing of different policies and frameworks, allows for users to undergo training as needed and the implementation itself can't really get any easier.
At this point, we have the platform in daily use and enabled all our policies to be based there, essentially as a source of truth.
Some of the most important things for us were easy access and documentation, also for the auditors as well as change log.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that could be added around notifications perhaps and easier export as needed, or link based sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our compliance and audit challenges.

A great way to stay compliant
What do you like best about the product?
1. The dedication of the team. There were quite a few issues on the way, and the team helped to resolve them very proffesionally and very fast.
2. Scytale is a great way to manage the compliance. The UI is clear once you get used to it and you see immediately what is missing.
Scytale is not without its deficiencies, but despite that it's a system that solves a real pain and is convenient to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. There are bugs and inconsistencies, for example defining the list of policies that need to be signed by an employee.
2. There are quite a few missing features: for example, the ability to add private policies, some integrations, many others that I have given a feedback for.
3. The amount of manual work. For example, needed to imput the same AWS role for all AWS integrations. There should have been a single AWS integration with automated access to all required services.

Scytale is automating our compliance with standards and laws.
Making Compliance easier!
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using the system for Soc2 & ISO certifications, and it's been helpful in maintaining updated information through integrations, easy to duplicate evidence when applicable and of course - the support we get from the CS team. Both Oron and Tom availability is high, they know their way around the system and were super helpful during audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system has some gaps around risk & policies management.
Also, it'll be great to be able to see the roadmap and share direct feedback to the product team.

What do you like best about the product?
All their features are really something to rave about - from risk management, automated evidence collection, user access reviews to a full policy center, they really are your one solution for all your compliance management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looking forward to more and more integrations.

No more tedious compliance tasks like collecting screenshots and spreadsheets for your audit - Scytale does it all for you in half the time!
Incredible software run by an amazing team
What do you like best about the product?
The software is really amazing and has allowed us to take a complex process and simplify it. The compliance team has always been incredibly helpful and prompt to respond to our requests. Scytale has a platform and support team that I can highly recommend to any small business needing to get compliant with ISO 27001.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Biggest dislike is that I only discovered Scytale a year ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that we achieved ISO 27001 compliance.

I think like most of the reviews say, definitely the team!!! The software is really advanced as well, but the team was the standout during our ISO 27001 process.

Our information security and compliance processes are in line with global standards and customer demands and are continuously being monitored by Scytale.

What do you like best about the product?
The professional guidance provided by Oron Nachmany and his team has greatly eased our compliance process. Their expertise in information security has been invaluable in helping us navigate complex requirements, making the entire process much more manageable. Additionally, their excellent system brings order to all our processes, making it easier to work efficiently and meet our obligations.

Definitely the team. They are very close to you, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly fast with support and answers. We had the pleasure of working with Misha and Ronan, and they made the whole process smoother and easier. They made the process easy and smooth – it was great to work with them

The app could be improved with some basic features, such as:
- Document Search: A feature to search uploaded documents would be very useful (e.g., quickly finding which ISMS criteria a document has been uploaded to).
- Missing Document Templates: Some documents, like the user-role matrix or the vendor risk assessments, need to be created from scratch. While not a big issue, having pre-built templates would enhance the experience.
Or with some advanceed features:
- LLM RAG for Document Search: Implementing a tool to search across policies and uploaded proofs would be helpful. I built one for quick policy searches during audits, allowing fast responses and document retrieval. This could easily be integrated into Scytale.
- Document Search: A feature to search uploaded documents would be very useful (e.g., quickly finding which ISMS criteria a document has been uploaded to).

Provide an app to centralize all policies and proofs required for certification compliance. This app would also serve auditors as a quick and efficient way to review the company’s work, saving valuable time for everyone involved in the process.
