Make it Easy with Scytale
What do you like best about the product?
Security certifications are difficult to orchestrate and very demanding. Scytale allows you to organize and structure everything for a successful first try audit. Plateform is easy to use, the support is quick, integration with Azure is simple. It's a day to day plateforme with a lot of features, but easy to implement
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to add some certification auto download from standard vendor

Organize the compliance evidence and follow on long term compliance

What I love most about the product:
The product helps to centralize and manage all work processes in one place efficiently and is very user-friendly. The professional guidance of Oron Nachmany and his team makes the experience precise and highly professional.

Scytale addresses the challenge of fragmented task management and procedural oversight by centralizing everything in one platform. This allows me to efficiently track the progress of various processes and collaborate effectively with my team. It eliminates the need to send numerous emails and juggle multiple Excel files, thereby streamlining our workflow and enhancing productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform integrates seamlessly, providing robust support for various cloud services, databases, and internal systems. Pre-built connectors and comprehensive documentation made the setup relatively straightforward, reducing the time and effort required for deployment. The integration allowed for seamless data flow between our systems and the SOC 2 audit platform, which saved us significant time during the audit preparation phase.

Their automation platform is accompanied by a super dedicated and attentive compliance expert team and this for us, made all the difference. You don’t only have an easy-to-use platform to manage your entire compliance process effortlessly but also a team that helps you ace your audit.

Nothing to dislike at this time. But wouldlike more integration of programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Scytale is solving is changing the stereotype that security and privacy compliance is complex, overwhelming and tedious.

What do you like best about the product?
Scytale really went over and above to assist us with our first ever SOC 2 audit. Wesley from Scytale was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional, and assisted us not only to obtain the most favourable outcome we could have hoped for considering it was our first SOC 2 audit, but also assisted us in making valuable improvements to our processes and security controls. We would not have come to this favourable conclusion if it was not for Scytale's assistance.

Parts of the platform still require some improvements, however it was still convenient and easy to use

Exceptional service and an all-in-one compliance solution! Scytale has made managing compliance much more efficient and less daunting. The platform is intuitive, well-structured, and packed with features that simplify our daily tasks. However, the best part of our experience has been the support team, specifically Oron. He was always quick to respond, proactive in addressing any concerns, and genuinely invested in our success. Scytale not only provides a great tool but backs it up with fantastic service.

What do you like best about the product?
Scytale makes compliance super easy. The automated evidence collection reduces the amount of time taken to collect evidence.
Also, the Compliance Success Manager, Ronan, whose guidance is second to none, makes the complicated issues of SOC2 compliance easy to understand and implement.
The representation in the audit led to less time spent in the amazing audit.

More automatic evidence is always an improvement. But very little to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance with SOC2 and ISO27001. The process without Scytale would be very manual and inefficient. Scytale makes it easy to achieve compliance and makes the process more efficient.
