Excellent support assisting with ISO 27001 certification
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is simple and easy to use, which has continued to see improvements and new integration support.
On the support side I have nothing but positive feedback for the additional support with our company's ISO 27001 certification.

No real downsides, support has been really helpful working through the ISO framework.

Our experience was fantastic by using the all-in formula: platform + compliance manager + audit
What do you like best about the product?
In the end, the efficient and fluent communication with the compliance manager, who helped us from A->Z, was a fantastic experience.
Getting the right answers to our questions within a very short time frame helped us move forward with the ISO 27001:2022 ISO ISMS implementation.
The Scytale platform is also easy to use and usable by anyone in a company. A typical example is the sign-off policies by the HR manager.

What do you dislike about the product?
We did not experience any real downsides. There are always things that can be improved in the platform, but we noticed that Scytale continuously improves it based on customer feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining an ISO 27001 ISMS is a non-trivial task that is completely solved by the Scytale Platform.

Scytale is incredibly professional and has significantly reduced the friction in our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification processes. Oron Nachmany’s support throughout the process was amazing—he’s a super professional guy. They’ve saved us tons of time and hassle. We’re absolutely thrilled with their service!

We’re very happy with Scytale and can’t think of anything negative to mention. Their service and support have been excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Scytale was working with Ronan. He was incredibly helpful, always available, and assisted me with everything I needed in a highly professional manner. In addition, I really enjoyed using the Scytale platform as a whole—it made the process smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would have liked to see improved in Scytale is the inclusion of more integrations and examples. I feel that having these available would make the process smoother and reduce the number of questions I needed to ask

Coverage of the SOC2 and the supporting team monitoring us

Some features in the system are not easy to use, and some integrations are not yet implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale is collecting a lot of evidence automatically and even for the other evidence the system monitors and helps to collect it manually.

What do you like best about the product?
The web portal offers a very good user experience with an easy process to follow. Scytale is well-organized and set up for easy automated integrations to establish controls. The support and speed of implementing changes have also been very good. Additionally, the pricing is reasonable
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are still somewhat immature. For example, the Risk Management feature could benefit from a rework to better align with industry standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A license to operate for our clients, which include major banks and insurance companies.
Use of Scytale for SOC2 administration.
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use, and well process writen, you do need some software experience to us the system as the lot of the same principals are used. Setting up the system intergratoin was easy, the few problems we had was sorted out by the support team. They added features during out audit but we could not use them as we have done so already through other processes. We used the system for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
They added new features during the time, which would have been nice if we had it from the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us a lot get our certification for SOC2, Mischa was a big help in getting us ready for the Audit.

Also, the template offered by Scytale saves us tons of time and money
The Consulting part was also excellent and created value, especially in front of the evaluators.
The platform is easy and simple and also allows integration to Github and Jira - that also was a lifesaver!

Nothing, it was just a very good experience!

Managing the whole SOC2 process in a startup is not trivial.
Scytale saved us a lot of time and the necessity to allocate an employee just for that.
The Scytale team communicated the gaps and documentation to the auditor and was part of the audit team.

ISO 27001 certification was totally manageable with Scytale!

Scytale has been absolutely amazing to work with. The entire team has been incredibly efficient and helpful. They took the time to understand our needs, as well as the urgency of our compliance project to meet client demands.
