Vonage is one of the best tool for outbound calls
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage is very useful tool when it's comes to outbound calls and internal communication.Its help to run a effective outreach calling campaign

Sometimes it's missed record some information and connectivity issue occurs sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to track our outbound calls record along with very effective SMS marketing outreach

Platform Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The documentation is very easy for our developers to understand and integrate within our platform. When we have questions or need assistance, we are able to get direct support.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to support tickets, due to the way we are structured, sometimes it can route to the wrong team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to easily provision numbers for our client base and provide our users with exceptional transactional/marketing SMS marketing.
Awesome product, great service
What do you like best about the product?
We are very happy users of Vonage (Nexmo)'s SIP Trunking product. The service has splendid availability and a great CS team backing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish the product did more analytics. Vonage is working on something for this, and I can't wait to start on the beta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a reliable telephony provider. Reliability is key for us business, and Vonage's SIP Trunking has held up very well as we have grown the last few years.
Vonage video API (for rtc video) is one of the best

The team continues to deliver performance and quality improvements consistently, and communication is strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to get to 1080p... but we got there and are happy with it.

Vonage powers 2-way video in one of our core products (from the browser). It delivers reliable performance for Brandlive users globally.
Quality Service with Zero Outages Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage/Nexmo is rock solid. Their SMS Api has never failed us in 7 years!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nexmo/Vonage is priced higher for US text messages. Their rates for UK are excellent

Good framework for building End to End Chat Application
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most exciting features of Vonage API is the ability to send rich media messages. No more attachments! It's easy to create images, videos, and even GIFs that can be sent to your users’ chats. This adds a whole new dimension to in-app messaging, allowing you to build a better chat experience for your users.

Getting started with the Vonage API can be a bit intimidating. The documentation on how to get started is lengthy and rather unclear. It took me a while to figure out the right way to get started. However, once you get the hang of it, the API is a powerful tool that can be leveraged to build amazing apps and services.

We’ve built an in-app chat application to provide the best possible experience for our customers. The app is powered by Vonage's AI platform, which enables us to offer a variety of features, including human-like text responses and chatbots. We have built our own chat application using Vonage's platform so that we can offer the best possible experience for our customers. We are dedicated to improving the app and offering our customers the best possible experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend that developers consider Vonage’s APIs for voice and messaging when building applications. The Vonage APIs offer a reliable, low-latency, high-throughput, and low-cost communication platform that can be scaled as your application grows. The Vonage API platform is not so easy to use but can be integrated into most applications with a few lines of code. The Vonage API is also simple to extend and customize to meet your application’s specific needs once you get a hang of it.
Phone function integration in your web server
What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility to use different programming languages to integrate and handle the code. I can have from them a mobile o landline Phone Number (in various country) to send and receive sms and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the great documentation, sometimes I wish I have a more step by step examples reguarding specific applications. This way they will open the use also to whom appoaching apis and enpoint applications

With this platform I buil sms confirmarono systems, call based authentication, ivr based web site interactions,web site access based on caller number recognition
Best VOIP service at an affordable cost
What do you like best about the product?
This application is one of a kind. It is effortless to use. The voice quality is seamless, and the texting experience is impressive. They have recently launched the update for the conference, which is just another level of communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricey per user, and you might need to use different servers to get the best of it. Besides that, I would hope they could add more space for recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of doing business. I travel a lot, so using Vonage lets me use my USA phone number and do business uninterrupted.
It's been an excellent service. The admin screens are the only shortcoming.

Price, availability, reliability. The throughput offered is excellent for SMS

The admin screen feels a bit dated and over-comboluted.

Excellent API
What do you like best about the product?
API is rich and low-level enough to handle a number of customized tasks. We use the API for both automated outbound calling and WhatsApp. Both are excellent and provide easy to use commands. Their online help have enough tutorials to get you started. If you need support, their team are very active in providing assistance at a code level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. Perhaps in the WhatsApp API, you need to understand the rules that WhatsApp dictate before delving into the API. There really is nothing to dislike about the API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we first launched our mobile app, we verified patients through SMS verification. However, it was not always the best way to get people to verify themselves since some claimed they never received it or the SMS expired when it finally arrived. Using Nexmo's identity confirmation framework through voice call automation provided our patients which a reliable alternative to SMS. Patients could optionally select Call Bank, which would trigger the Nexmo API to make a call to the patient, automatically informing them of the verification code. The API was rich enough to support our two main languagees, English and Arabic.
In addition, we used the Vonage Communications API to provide booking of appointments and downloading of medical reports through our WhatsApp ChatBot. The ChatBot is an automated bot which helps existing patients to view their patient file, view past appointments as well as request to download their laboratory and radiology reports. Using the API, it provided a convenient way for patients to access some of our eServices to a registered mobile number, avoiding the necessity for them having to download a mobile app on to their smartphone.
