Software and Compliance Management
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create Scores according to rules and also performing actions from the Finder is really useful

Limited number of entries and management of the categories.

Compliance of Softwares (Software mandatory in the computers and also software not allowed)

This is powerful, a lot of helpful informations to improve IT experience of Users. Customer service is great

Some elements from On-Prem version is not fully implemented yet. Entities segregation of for instance

For now, Nexthink infinity is implementing for now and we gather informations only for the moment
Nexthink is very good tool that supervise in real time all the devices connected

Limitations ( # of alerts, RAs, ..etc) unable to modify the DEX values

Self healing, taking immediate remote actions for time consuming steps, overview of device health and provide good insights on the network and sites

What do you like best about the product?
I'm working as Problem Manager and what helps me the most is that I can find Problem causes in this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity sometimes. As my maintask is Problem Manager, I don't always have the time to dive into this application to check all the possibilities. Sometimes it's not easy to retreive the required info

G2 Review - Nexthink is the best tool I have ever seen in terms of Digital Employee Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Now, it has been upgraded to Nexthink Infinity which has lot many new features and new things to explorer and get data. And Live dashboard is really amazing to view current data take instant decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
In this Nexthink Infinity it has data for 30days. Some organisations takes 90 days or 60days data then remove it from data base
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software metering which is cruical and money saving features which we use via Nexthink Platform.
