What do you like best about the product?

It is extremely easy to use, has many resources in the free version, compatible with almost all image and video formats so you will not have limitations in implementing or integrating your files with the templates that Canva provides. I only used the support once and it was quite fast, they responded to me by email in less than a day. It is software for everyday use, easy to edit and quick to export. It has many addons that you can use to further expand its functionality.

What do you dislike about the product?

While you can use the resources of an almost unlimited library, you cannot design, so when you require something more professional or specific, it becomes limited and you must turn to other specific tools for that.
