An easy and effective way of communication between team members
What do you like best about the product?
The quickness of the communication and getting information to each other in a timely manner to better assist with patients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I have not found anything I do not like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving poor and slow communication.
Great partnership
What do you like best about the product?
They were able to help me connect to my client in a way that made everyone happy. There offering far exceeds any prior product we have used in the past. I would highly recommend their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was never a time where I found their offering to be lacking. It's always on and it works exactly ask expected. My client loves their service and so do we.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a product that mets our demands and the demands of our client is a top priorty. They came highly recommended and I have not be dissatisfied with anything they have done for us.

It took some time setting up but otherwise great product.

HIPPA compliant messaging provides a safe way to communicate.
Best secure messaging for healthcare setting
What do you like best about the product?
TigerConnect is easy to use and user friendly. All our clinicians like how easy it is to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would wish the platform has is an option to respond directly to a certain message and mark a message unread so you can go back to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending and receiving documents and images that has to be HIPAA compliant, we can easily do it in the platform.
Great way to find people
What do you like best about the product?
Great, effective and easy to find colleagues in the hospital to message. I can see their job title and make calls to them quickly. This has improved patient care.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an actual dial out feature to dial anyone I want anonymously. That would help reaching patients. Also for hospital systems, have direct lines with labs and radiology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with different specialists and we're able to do a group chat to discuss patient care. That's great because you don't have to do an in person conference.
TigerConnect is the only product I would recommend to colleagues.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use best. But also, the ability to create many different groups based on our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that you have to be part of a group to text that group. It would be nice to text a group without it creating a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really has improved our response time to patients by being able to dispatch a nurse from the field quickly.
Great Communication Software
What do you like best about the product?
Tiger has been a great communication softward for in-office messaging between team members. It is easy to navigate and intuitive in use. Hipaa compliance is a great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could "unread" a tiger message to go back to it later. Sometimes I'll read a message and need to leave my computer and it would be nice to "unread" them to remind myself to go back to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved communicating in office with the potential of having PHI in a message.
Easy to use

I liked chat form was easy to relay messages.

There is nothing i would change seems to work fine as is to me.

It is a form of easy communication between provider and staff for better patient care.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform helps us stay organized and insures we are meeting the needs of our clients in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we dislike is not being able to see the waiting rooms on our cell phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helped clients contact us quickly during their busy shifts and not having to wait on hold. It's also helped us get critical results to nurses when they are unable to be reached. We also are able to get mass communication out to our client with ease.
