Developer blue prism
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to use, complete platform providing everything from conventional development to integration with generative systems, greatly facilitating development and optimizing project time, in addition to having several personalized packages with the possibility of using C# for created forms. Ease of creating credentials, managing queues and managing errors, making future maintenance and new attackers easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to download to import non-native VBOS, not possible via native store
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repeat Senvoles Executed by Robes, without a financial and commercial scope, transmitting human tasks. Tasks that previously took hours, after automated were performed at a much shorter time, generating a high reorn in the medium term for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the blueprism flow, compared to the competitors, blueprism is much more organized and very intuitive, not to mention the VBOs that are exclusive. Compared to competitors, I can say that blueprism comes out ahead
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is the issue of VBOs not being updated automatically. It could be more optimized, as soon as more utilities appear, they could be updated automatically without having to access the DX

The benefits are being directly related to automation. Making all repetitive customer tasks automated, making the day more productive to perform more complex tasks

We build administrative robots with blue prism, faster processes and with great efficiency, administrative production is much more agile
Super intuitive automation!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SS&C Blue Prism - RPA is the fact that it is a super intuitive code-free automation, which facilitates process automation and brings ease to the daily life of the tool's users. Additionally, it is a very comprehensive system with all the management of machine and server usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the less attractive parts of the tool is the visual management of the control room, mainly because there is no option for filters on the screen, which makes the view very cluttered. Another point that should be highlighted is some aspects of the mappings; depending on the system that is going to be mapped, the tool lacks preparation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The SS&C Blue Prism process automation - RPA, brings automation to repetitive processes that do not require discernment in decisions. It is capable of automating daily activities that we perform remotely, in a mechanical way without even stopping to read, to give an idea of how mechanical it is for humans. As an example of this, I can mention the automation of extracting two "daily" reports and compiling specific data into a single report. By automating this activity alone, at least 2 hours of the employee's day were saved, freeing them for other activities that require more dedication and also avoiding overtime.

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the no-code automation building format is one of the points worth highlighting, other points are the ease of implementation and intuitive control room view. Additionally, the scalability is quite effective, and also the diversity of creation that the user can have, there are endless possibilities that can be developed for the same solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part I like least about the tool is the visual management of the control room and some limitations regarding mappings. I had problems with mappings in the Oracle system and some websites. The mappings with region make development difficult, and often there are not enough resources for some solutions in these situations. Another point is the format of error critiques, which are not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generations of lengthy reports, data compilation, document filling, system updates, all these aspects were addressed with the implementation of RPA, many of these were automated and executed outside business hours, facilitating and bringing more efficiency to daily activities. Many times, hours were lost with report extraction, creation of complex spreadsheets full of formulas and intricate logic, all of which can be performed by the robot. Another benefit is the elimination of overtime, caused by unexpected services that can be handled by the robot, thanks to its scalability. With the proper creation in the process, it can run on various servers, meeting the same demand, avoiding extra costs while still meeting all the demand.

The visual way of organizing the flow/actions. And the advantages are the possibility of being able to automate repetitive tasks in a practical way. Compared to the competition, it is a much more visual and practical tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to export utilities manually. It should be updated. Because your competitors, update the packages automatically, not needing to add new actions. I would like the automatic addition of utilities and VBO to be implemented in blueprism

Solve customer pain by performing repetitive tasks. Where with blueprism it is possible to solve the aforementioned points, being more productive, freeing up business analysts for other tasks, increasing overall performance

The entire software is good , I think it's practical and easy to understand and comprehend what's seen.

I think that I dislike the method to search and rename some variables or pages, because we everytime do it individually.
