HighRadius experience through Accounts Receivable
What do you like best about the product?
HighRadius portal is a great resource to find claims invoices that are not found in the Walmart Portal I frequently use this portal as a resource to remittances. The portal is easy to use when researching invoices. I also like the option of customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that claims invoices are also sent to our payables department even though they balances are deducted from the remittance. Receiving 1-10 emails is not needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius provides a data base for deductions. It displays outstanding claims, and the descriptions which aids in coding per audit procedures. Retaining these claims is very helpful to find in one place.

HighRadius Accounts Receivables this software is digitally used treasury \ order to cash it uses features like AI , Natural language , no - code language used
What do you dislike about the product?
it takes too much time to upload any file slow process not that much transparency

in many business mannual process are very overloaded and inefficiency all to all it this software provide AI real time insights
AR automation helped me in allocating more time to technical work

The best is integration with SAP ERP, and the dashboards look nice and easy

Customization is kind of hard and the customer response time is long.

Highradius was a big help in automating our accounts receivable processes. It saved our time with ARs. For a startup time is very important factor.

Highradius gives the automated collection process which helps to manage business and also they have more features like integrated workflows, credit management etc

Nothing all features are good and easy to use

Highradius software is overall good to use it helps us to manage accounts data
Good Cash management and reconciliation tools to streamline cash posting process
What do you like best about the product?
Integration of different remittances and payment details from bank of America. It eases the reconciliation process by bringing together different remittance souces on 1 place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support and development team is slow with resolution and take longer. Plus there are development gaps which does not bridge the process well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cash Reconciliation process to streamline different payment types in integration with bank of America. It provides 1 platform to handle all cash received from client across multiple bank accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Velocity in correspondence with customers and accuracy in posting of payments etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the functionality will disappear when new releases come out.

ARAging/DSO, Cash posting automation.

The best part is how fast we are able to collect funds and easier for the customer to pay!
