What do you like best about the product?
HighRadius portal is a great resource to find claims invoices that are not found in the Walmart Portal I frequently use this portal as a resource to remittances. The portal is easy to use when researching invoices. I also like the option of customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that claims invoices are also sent to our payables department even though they balances are deducted from the remittance. Receiving 1-10 emails is not needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius provides a data base for deductions. It displays outstanding claims, and the descriptions which aids in coding per audit procedures. Retaining these claims is very helpful to find in one place.
