Implementation and overall support. Tickets get too long for resolution and CRs are chargeable for basic admin changes

Powerful tool with room for improvement based on needed customizations.

The powerful algorithm makes it easier for collectors to prioritize things as needed.

The tool is great but requires a lot of customization since the out of the box tool doesn't fit all of our immediate needs.
