Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Automates the collection process by sending notices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very customizable. Not able to attach documents for executive notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius is speeding up the collection process and allowing me to work more accounts effectively.

High radius has been a game changer ,and the amount of support we have received is out of this world
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is so much support from the team! No matter what issue you think cant be solved it can.
What do you dislike about the product?
An issue I had In the beginning was not understanding the abbreviations for the exceptions. That turned around due to support providing info for each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're figuring out what customers we have to work with to get them to send in remit the correct way. With this giving us which customers are not relaying remit, thats our benefit because we know who we need to get on track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient,and know that with time you will be successful with moving through HR.

The presenter was very conscise and gave good information

there was nothing i disliked about the presentation- would appriciate if you can have another one with different senario of cash applicaton.

I do cash applications with all the exceptons. It saves lots of time in processing a payment.

Works well with SAP most everything else is painful so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not do everything that was promised

Complete AR automation. Only cash automation is live and it is not coded to get everything flowing correctly into SAP.

Don't expect the design or programming to be fast
Concept is great. Customizing the concept to fit our business needs has been a nightmare.
What do you like best about the product?
Haven't seen it work. In a perfect world, it will make processes more streamlined. It isn't a perfect world yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it is not user-friendly. Imagine that our customers will become frustrated and not use the platform

As stated above streamlining our credit/return process is a plus. We haven't realized any benefits yet as it is not up and running yet. S

Very quick and accurate posting of our A/R

High Radius usually posts our A/R accurately, but sometimes it is difficult to find the mistakes.

For the most part, our A/R is posted very accurately

What do you like best about the product?
The consistent team work. From the beginning of the process to the end of the project the team effort was excellent. The project manager kept us on track time-wise and the installation went well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slow response time after install and out of hypercare. They use the ticket method of following up and we have to wait at times. We have logged in a complaint and from then it has improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have HR apply all our incoming cash to our customer's accounts based on the remittance. We had two full time cash application specialists and now they are handling disputes. No more time spent searching for remittances.
HighRadius Collection Cloud Tutorial
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the step-by-step instruction given to the participants. It was very thorough and precise. I also enjoyed being able to ask questions periodically during the seminar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the seminar was thorough, it felt slightly rushed. For those that do not use that feature regularly, taking notes to was a little difficult because of the speed. I am happy the seminar was taped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently the only option I use is the Cash Application portion and a very small aspect of the Collections portion of HighRadius. For Cash Applications, HighRadius has helped tremendously in my daily processing responsibilities. The portion of Collections I use is to send statements. This also makes my job very easy on the first of every month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program makes daily cash applications process very easy to accomplish in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic letters that go out, but still not understanding why some go out and others do not. I don't have time to check to see what when and what did not I just have to go into each account and see why they did or didn't go
What do you dislike about the product?
The Contacts not updating but that is our IT's fault, as well as the lack in High Radius, The spell check & grammar check, should work like a word processor and either correct spelling or give suggestions. well nevermind it is working in this review I'll check better in HR

Sorry, I don't see any Benefits only causing more work. Hopefully using it longer will be productive. If we were able to use everything the training would make so much more since

My recommendation is if you are using HighRadius use it to the fullest. if not very difficult to use. Training is for Full use and makes no sense if not using everything
