What do you like best about the product?
I find the worklist the most helpful and the ways you can sort and view it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes loads slowly, could be an issue with my internet or VPN.

The insight from High Radius users. Their willingness to share their experience. The many ways HR has helped AR teams move forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some classes were too short. And the venue is fun but hard to get to all classes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have not gone live, we are in the data gathering stages.
HRC is time saving and efficient.

Dynamic, time saving and simplifies complex applications and it's better than Cora.

OCR needs to be improved. Job runs can be more effective.

Doing more with less
What do you like best about the product?
We are a heavy acquistion company . HRC enables us to to maintain strategy based collection efforts so we don't lose momentum on new acquistions and the automation allows us to work our AR effectively and buys us time to find the best personel. Previosuly we had to hire despartely to maintain momentum on new aquistions. Our cash collections is at an all time high, and with fewer people. HRC allows us to take our time and be selective about hiring people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say it's a dislike, but it a necessary labor. Design and self-evaluation of best practices is very time consuming. But it is key, automating bad processes is pointless. So we had to endure time consuming labor to make sure our functions and processess were revampped to get the most out of our automataion with HRC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rules based strategy and analytics help us focus on where our cash short falls are. We are collecting more, with less manual effort and people. As a growth oriented company I felt we had to settle for a less than ideal cantidate in the past. High Radius gets to know your processes so well, they were able to point out how we can use our ERP system more effectively to help get the best results from automation. Cash is at an all time high. The rules and segmentation puts the focus where it needs to be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your best practices are in place. Make sure you have, or can attain a good rapport with your IT team, they are critical to success. Be patient and flexible during design. Make sure you involve your team and key players in your organization that know your company and methods from A to Z. Ask as many questions as possible. Be able to segment you customers in a manner in which different rules based strategies can be applied effectively

What do you like best about the product?
The notes section allows you to give lots of information on the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not back date a P2P if customer has already mailed a check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just realized the bulk correspondence this is going to be so helpful. 1st notice of past due etc.

Best collection tool ever. Notes/balances/contacts etc all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation for AR is great. Real time processing overviews help provide insight into AR functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Website speed isn't great and support responses can be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual cash application can be time-consuming and inaccurate at a high volume, the automation has benefited both the efficiency and accuracy of our process. Manual collections processes are slow and automation has greatly improved our ability to collect. We did not have a method to credit check before implementing the credit cloud and now we have visibility into our potential customer's financial liability.

Cash Application Automation
What do you like best about the product?
For our company, the CAA module enables us to have cash applied and reflected on our aging way more quickly and efficiently which is beneficial for our peers on the CLS side of AR.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I could find is there's not enough hours in the day to have the file transfers iniated to be on a current day cash posting basis. You are also at the payor's mercy with the remittance they provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The slow/manual process of applying cash was eliminated and misapplications are few and far between which increased our efficiency and performance. It also helps with directing focus on other priorities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know the limitations of your current ERP and address/resolve any process issues within your department before implementing any HighRadius tool.
