Easy & effective
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty simple to use and matches our business needs. The HR team is easily reachable and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to make some changes from our end, such as adding an authorized user or changing approval limits. Having to submit a ticket and waiting for an update from the HR team takes a while before the change takes effect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease in doing credit limit reviews. Having a credit limit history, credit reports, and the progression of credit limits on one page is a plus.

High Radius - Best in Class for O2C.
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about the platform is that it enables the automation of clerical tasks in the A/R processes to ensure that the A/R teams can focus on high-value decision-making tasks. Autonomous Software leverages AI capabilities to aid the decision-making of A/R groups by predicting missing remittances, invalid disputes. Operations teams can have real-time visibility into customers' risk classes and prioritize what customers are at-risk customers to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I expect more out-of-the-box functionality. if it can provide quicker workaround times with the IT departments, it would be great. If the success percentage of auto-match or the 3-way match functionality, be increased by a substantial margin and could give an option to the user to include the exceptions, I mean to make changes to the Auto match rules, it would be an excellent tool for a lot of BPO organizations working in the O2C - Cashapps space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using High radius for - CashApps, Deductions, Collections, Automated Invoicing and Real Time credit risk checks,
Also been able to get a holistic view of the global health of the process. FTEs can work on other high-value tasks than the cash application in ERPs. Faster resolutions and Receivables conversion due to the connected A/R processes.

Very easy to access and track the payments . Very easy to access and navigate through different screens. Very Good Customer support

A couple of enhancements are required and also a bit costly. cloud-based issues

Easy to access through multiple systems. easy payments and getting invoice on time is the best thing
High Radius has helped increase the automation percent for our Cash Application
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about High Radius Integrated Receivables is for the majority of our cash application, line items are automatically generated, removing the non-value-added activity of creating them manually. They also have a diverse array of analytics reporting out of the box that, at a click of a button, lets you track root cause, automation % & various other metrics. I find the Account Managers to be accommodating; they set up monthly calls to track progress metrics & are available to escalate any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the functionality of invoice short payments, where it creates a debit & credit that we need to match up after the fact. I wish it would net the items & set up the residual debit/credit. Also, the support can be a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have benefitted by increasing the cash automation % from 65-90+%, which has reduced most manual applications. The team has more time to focus on value-added tasks making them more productive. We are analyzing the root causes of exceptions & fixing one customer & one issue at a time to increase our percents even higher.
Smart and efficient solution to your receivable application problems.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to map MICR data & link bank associations to customers directly in the interface is invaluable. Ability to cross-reference invoice item data with invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Their product is pricey, but worth the money in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greatly reduced the time spent processing daily receivables. The ability to reconcile daily batch receipts against bank deposits eliminates the human-error element.
Outstanding Implementation Experience and Results with HighRadius Integrated Receivables Module
What do you like best about the product?
The Integrated Receivables application is user-friendly and easy to learn. The service is top notch which makes the implementation experience enjoyable. The Dedicated support team helped to improve the system each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team is super technical while the User explains the functional requirements. It would be nice to have a dedicated support member that understands our business/user's needs and can relay that within their team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems it solved are Integrations and Scalability. Benefits were Ease of use and Customization and helped increased the focus and productivity of the teams beyond expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
the simplicity of the layout. the program also does a lot of the work when it comes to finding any discrepancies or variances. i really like how i can add over 200+ line items at once. otherwise, it amazes me how the program will synchronize with the account to find the oldest to newest aging loads. what a time to be alive!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike the option of being unable to template out a specific image on our end; we have to let the program find the information. although it does a great job, at times, because remittances are not all provided the same, the program will then pull information from the default column which then creates unwanted manual work in our department. to clarify, manual work is not that serious, however, when applying over 1,000+ payments - it absolutely matters!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i can pull the application right from the program by selecting "export all pages" depending on which side i took the information from, it truly does save me time because i am able to locate the error quickly and efficiently. sometimes it is easier to export into an excel document, edit, then copy+paste back into high radius. makes all tasks less mundane lol
Recommendations to others considering the product:
when i first started tuning into virtual trainings, i thought change was brutal but honestly this program is so easy. it makes the workload a lot lighter. the scrutinization process is now a breeze. i cannot say enough positive things about high radius.
We are using CLS, EIPP and COA.

User friendly. The credit & Collections team is using it every day.

Freda is not working. Rarely answers my questions

We are giving the ability to our customers to get their invoices on time.

It doesn't aggregate claim sometimes but the problem is fixed shortly after I submitted a support ticket
