What do you like best about the product?
Our account representatives have been very knowledgeable regarding product services. They have guided us through post implementation design adjustments as well as longer term strategy discussions
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation has been challenging. Representatives on our product team unexpectedly changed throughout the process. We experienced a lack of detail knowledge of product capabilities.

Initially a bit of a struggle, but overall improving drastically.

I like the possibilities available for automation and time saving for our company.

Implementation was poor so we are finding many things needing improvement.
