What do you like best about the product?
Managers have visibility into customer accounts and what steps are being taken by staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the applications communicated with each other.

What do you like best about the product?
We have had a fantastic experience with the continued support post go live. The support has enabled us to further drive adoption and efficiency. Maximizing our value leveraging the various HighRadius modules purchased by our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally we notice changes in the system with user access that we are not informed of. We are also informed that we have access to make certain changes in the system that in fact we do not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

AR Solution with promise
What do you like best about the product?
The automation of cash and forecasting. The automation allows for the staff to focus on other activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing system. It has required fields that are not really clear when submitting the ticket. If we have a cash file issue it would be easier to be able to submit a simple ticket that doesn't ask for all the information that is being sought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forecasting and cash application. Allows us to have real time ar forecast on a weekly basis. Allows cash to be applied without a lot of manual effort.

The automation fir cash application is a game changer. It has reduce manual posting from a day to couple of hours.

It is AI so there is limited, still requires to review and validate.

Easy way to do Accounts Receivable for a larger compnay!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that you can import your payments from one into another and it works fabulous most of the time. It's super easy to use and they have lot and lots of help if you ever need the help. Also, in the beginning, they really help make sure you're ready to launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, I believe that our company doesn't profit to much from using this program because our payments have a lot of issues sometimes. If there's anything that has issues, it's harder to import, I have to do it in two different batches and it's really annoying.

I really don't feel like it's fixing any of our problems, other than maybe time management.

I think it saves time posting payments. I think it is a helpful tool.

We are still working through getting things to run smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using HighRadius' cash application for years now and it's a great software. It's very user friendly and the team responds to my tickets very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike, but it would be helpful if we could filter by the comments we make for payments that we correct from Exceptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time from applying the payments manually in JDE.
