Impressive automation
What do you like best about the product?
The level of auomation removes the burden of administrative tasks and allows our team to focus on root cause analysis and exception handling

User self-service could be expanded but I believe they are working on that.

Cash Application and Dunning process are great. IT support team is very responsive and supportive.

It can take some time to get it working smoothly when it comes to Collections Email Automation.

I like how user friendly that it is. And that it creates reports from the lists.

I dislike that some features stopped working when a new update occurred for our company's HRC

We are still working with HRC into helping us substring remits with one specific. Revenue stream.
The products that High Radius offers are excellent.

The ease of use and the helpfulness the programs provide.

Sometimes there is a detachment between HR field workers and support.

Efficiency in collections
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is friendly and functional. Analytics are poweful and efficient to use. The ability to schedule reporting is a plus. Our collectors have been able to improve their total output and efficiency over the last year. They can now focus on more value added tasks while improving collection KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some challenges with some of the analytics reports. The challenges are mainly due to our month-end close billing schedule vs when HighRadius takes the period snapshot for some of the KPI reports.
