What do you like best about the product?
Algolia is pretty simple to set up as no work is required from our end and it provides some pretty good search terms. In almost all cases, very little modification is required in Algolia to work with the quest and output monitor. It has great functions and handles incorrect requests, which are the major reasons we have selected this service instead of using another one.
What do you dislike about the product?
A greater degree of personalization is necessary in Algolia. When it comes to pricing, this is a very costly option in comparison to other tools. I know company plans are always evolving, but my project nearly doubled overnight in cost. Instead of independently evaluating every factor, the rating is limited to priority factors. Also, Algolia does not support iOS or Android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our search features can be found through Algolia on our app or toolbar across the web. Algolia helped us to give our customers only the answers they searched for in a few nanoseconds as the search rate was a glaring problem and is one of the main weaknesses on our website. Algolia is also used for our quest for auto feedback and feedback.

Algolia is suitable for platforms like e-commerce, where the buyers have a great variety of products, but it may also be beneficial for browsing and information bases. If you've got a committed developer with the technical expertise to delve deeply into the documents of Algolia, then you will get the best out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Algolia has good tech assistance, lots of documentation and plugins of excellent quality. Network channels and several data centers have been installed in our business to make Algolia even more power. It is difficult to believe that it operates so quickly even when it's working with large amounts of data on a web server. Also, the authentication and set up process is pretty simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Algolia, it can be challenging to customize the reaction packages and to send requests. The first time I've tried to adjust an index I was a bit frustrated as Algolia's characteristics took way too much time to load. But the main obstacle with Algolia is to develop the look of the UI, which I think should be improved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Algolia in our company to scan all our customers. In our quest for various types of information, we used the efficiency and speed provided by Algolia to significantly improve the customer experience of our page. It allows users to scan for other applications and also predefined position filters we developed.

Algolia is ideal for teams with no architectural understanding to develop their own browse solutions, as it concentrates on API and SSL Hardware encryption. Also, it is well adapted for the absence of quest network management and for the advantage of your productivity in expending your operational cycles. Algolia can optimize its quality while keeping your budget thorough understanding of documents and frameworks.

Algolia is really powerful and has made site search far easier, since using Algolia we are have been able to implement very fast on site filters that work with extremely high accuracy.
Within the algolia platform you are able to configure the site to your customer behaviour, for example if you are seeing customers misspelling a word you are able to implement a tolerance to make sure they still see the results they are looking for.

What do you dislike about the product?
Algolia uses indexes to call all of your data from, which makes algolia very quick but this mean that it's only ever as good as you make it.
If you don't already have a good structure then you will need to have a very big clean out and restructure which is time consuming.

Primary use has been on site filters for product listings and on site searching.

Awesome and easy to use api
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use API, with Algolia we are able to delegate all our resources to be indexed, which makes the performance of our application faster. This not only provides for developer experience but also the overall user experience of our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, till now I am yet to run into something I don't enjoy with the Algolia API. The basic/free trial limits could be extended though.

We're building a fashion marketplace for emerging brands in Ghana, We were looking for a scalable and easy to use solution to provide a much more robust search for better user experience. Algolia checks all our boxes by providing an API very friendly for our engineers and also the performance of our product.

What do you like best about the product?
The software fulfill all the requirements for web searching purposes, has an optimal use of digital resources who helps a lot in the performance during the use of the software in the computer. The results for the searching process were outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll prefer a cleaner user interface, the current one is useful but it can be more friendly with the end-user. Also the learning curve for the software it's quite rude, it can be easier to use with a friendly interface and tutorials or hints. Also the cost/benefit it's quite low due the prices for the service

Highly recommended. If you are looking for an advance web search tool, this product can ease your efforts and will fulfill your requirements.
Taking into account the cost/benefit related with this product, we think this is a good investment for any research project (which is the one we did) but also requires a high budget for implementation.

Algolia allows us to work fast and clean.

We are using algolia for our internal pilot admin. It allows us to search quickly between clients and partners and make effective actions thanks to the search algolia is powering.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that Algolia doesn't support old frameworks, like angularJS, the one we are using. We still have legacy javascript available, but still, it's not the same :)

We've solved our filtering problems on our clients and partners. It was somehow slow when we developed it in-house, but using Algolia, it made our life easier.

I really like this tool, it has a speed of response in the search of products, in a single site, easy to use, more precision in the search, recognizes spelling errors and has a great technical support.

I already have time using Algolia I do not see any problem, only that the price is a bit high.

The speed of the results and the UI of the dashboard, makes everything easier

That in order to configure a new sorting, I have to create a new index and that fills the quota pretty fast.

We're solving our search engine problem, for the speed of response and the lack of indexation on our side.

Use it for simple purposes with little complexity in terms of sorting. For typing or exact querying.

the search and the speed access to the data, also the easy setup to linked to the firebase.

The harder part of the process is the move in my case cause I come from a different country, but Algolia has made this so easy and smooth for me that it’s really not a problem, plus I get to start a new life which is always an exciting adventure.
