A high-quality application to scale and expands, the need for any network.
What do you like best about the product?
SolarWinds is an excellent application to supervise the network within the system as I need this type of application to control my network flaws and monitor the coverage from all charges. Thus, this application is helpful in making the ways of powerful networking across the social forums, to find the result of business growth. Its application is very simple and users like me can have this without any trouble because altogether this application is a fantastic source of learning and knowledge to promote the business on every forum.
What do you dislike about the product?
This application can slow down the system by making a rush of websites so, make sure proper ways of communication and monitoring the system then upload this software for your network. Secondly, your internet plays an important role in making this application a successful tool so, try to use the high speed of the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SolarWinds helps to detect the multi- clients, monitoring network within the system, and provide the way to watch deeply for any business options. Our company uses this application for better troubleshooting the net path so, this is an easy and flexible application for our system. This application is altogether a good source of communication to the internal or external system. Therefore, we can earn more earnings and more development by establishing the novel ways of communication that do its function not to discover the detail from outside but, also an insightful observation is also praiseworthy.

What do you like best about the product?
SolarWinds manages a latest generation graphical interface, in addition to being very complete, it presents an accessible and easily adaptable and customizable architecture to any user, it has a complete main dashboard where a large number of processes and monitoring and administration functions are concentrated. , among its benefits is the fact that it has graphics that allow debugging the platform and normalize processes that show delays in its execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Among the aspects to improve, it could improve the problems when downloading reports, since many times they download they are cut and it is necessary to restart the process, we have already notified this fact to the software provider who promised to solve it as soon as possible, although it is true that it is a failure that does not occur very frequently if it affects the processes

SolarWinds allows us to manage our web pages, allowing us to obtain important information such as traffic, speed, activity tracking, new registrations, added payment methods, among other functions; This information is vital for our daily work and our marketing work, since it not only allows us to get to know our clients better, but also allows us to work to offer them a better service.

PingDom facilitates the administration process of our website, it has a wide variety of functions that allow us to manage it and be aware of the new features that are presented, the decisions we make are mostly based on the aspects that the platform throws through its reports of use, these allow us to know how used certain services are, the time dedicated to each of these, and manage the speed of the platform in order to improve interactions and make them more fluid.
What do you dislike about the product?
PingDom platform speed verification processes are not as effective as we expected, the speed of the platform varies from report to report, we have no reliable way to establish the speed of our platform and if it is level to provide a good service, I suggest that you make adjustments to the measurements to give concise and reliable results

Our website became our largest virtual store, in these times of distance e-commerce has become vital in the operation of the company, our marketing department is constantly growing and in search of new alternatives that allow us to better manage the information to get more customers and improve the credibility of the company, one of our main objectives is to encourage the use of digital platforms due to the reduction in the operation of physical stores.

SolarWinds NPM have many interesting features and have NetFlow option, which allows decomposition and categorization of all monitored network traffic. It is possible to run necessary raports and obtain all necessary information.

I tested many various monitoring utilities, but nothing came close. The user interface is great and the features this software offers make things easier.

Allows for easy monitoring of network devices as well as the ability to organize and search. Very robust with discoveries

Its good and bad but it has lots of settings and configuration for many different features which can be intimidating for new users especially those learning.

Network monitoring both devices and interfaces. Allows for easy discoveries of new nodes and interfaces as well as custom properties and attributes for nodes and interfaces

Navigation can be cumbersome when going between devices and home and to another device but overall very pleased. Improvements could be made to make navigation more fluid and easier to minimize how far down the user has to dig

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Expensive licensing model but if you have the right mix of supported elements in your environment , the setup is really easy and the customized views per applications are great
Amazing product that has saved me countless hours of manual configuration
What do you like best about the product?
NCM includes baseline checks that allow me to make sure that all new switch/router configs meet at least a baseline level of security configuration. This allows me to provide just a quick baseline check to our yearly auditors instead of lines and lines of code proving we have met guidelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Last time I tried to use the firmware upgrade feature it could not handle firmware larger than 100mb, this is almost all cisco firmware at this point, so I had to manually update. To be fair I have not tried in the latest hotfix patch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best problem we have been able to mitigate it auditor compliance. Solarwinds has built into NCM audit checks for HIPPA,NIST, PCI, SOX and more out of the box. They also allow you to build your own compliance reports for your industry. Again, this has saved countless hours during audits.
